Ruamchitt Plaza Hotel

Excellent stay at this hotel! A very comfortable room in a great location with friendly staff--what more could one ask for? I stayed in room 1503 and enjoyed every moment of my stay. While the room was not spacious, it was large enough and the bed was very comfortable. The hotel staff were amazing. Once, I left my key at the front desk in the morning when I left. To my surprise, when I returned several hours later, the same desk attendant remembered my room number, handing me my key as I approached the desk. I was so impressed. All of the staff (desk attendants and cleaning staff alike) were extremely friendly. The proximity to restaurants, malls and public transportation make this hotel a perfect choice. I will gladly stay here again on my next trip. Highly recommend!

Great hotel in my opinion I was little hesitant to book it initially but stayed for 4 night and the staff at front desk lobby and housekeeping are absolutely so kind and helpful thank you so much. The front of the hotel can get crowded in the evenings but it's for me personally fine and not a issue.

This small, cozy hotel is located just across from Korean Town. It has a surprisingly nice pool and the housekeeping staff kept the room clean every day. For the price, it offers really good value and is a solid budget option. The overall vibe is simple but comfortable. However, since it’s close to the Nana area—which can get a bit loud and is known more for nightlife—I’d recommend it more for solo travelers rather than couples. If you’re looking for a clean, affordable place with decent amenities and don’t mind the lively surroundings, this hotel is a practical and convenient choice. I enjoyed my stay and found it to be a good base for exploring the city.

I booked a city view and got the side of the next building, staff was very friendly and the rooms were nice, rooftop pool area was very nice and a good place to relax

An Australian barely able to walk arrives at the hotel last night. His bag is carried by a member of staff and he hangs onto the wall so as to remain upright. Drunk, stoned or ill. Who can tell?

I followed him into the hotel five minutes later to make sure that he was okay. The staff had found a wheelchair for him and were trying to help him out as the hotel was full.

Whatever had happened, he needed quite a bit of assistance. I checked out a nearby hotel for him but it was too expensive. Once the staff knew that, they phoned another hotel that was somewhat less expensive. They then wheeled him round to the other hotel and helped him check in.

Not even at the most expensive hotel in town would someone find such a caring approach.

They went way beyond what anyone could expect, especially as a non-guest.

I felt compelled to testify to the staff’s humanity. I am left in complete admiration for their humane approach to the incident.

I always stay here when I am in Bangkok, it’s a good location. The staff treat me like an old friend.

I had an excellent stay at this hotel in Bangkok. The entrance is unique and impressive, but the real highlight is the exceptional service. From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to ensure my stay was perfect. Their hospitality was outstanding—always ready to assist with anything I needed.

Originally, I had booked a shorter stay but ended up extending and canceling my other hotel reservations because of the incredible service. The rooms were spotless, well-maintained, and welcoming. Housekeeping did a fantastic job with daily cleaning, meeting my high standards. While the bathrooms could use a deeper clean occasionally—perhaps a little bleach now and then—everything was still very acceptable.

The rooftop pool was stunning, providing a perfect spot to relax. Every interaction with the reception team was warm and friendly, and despite my limited Thai, I felt completely comfortable communicating in English.

My partner and I would absolutely stay here again. This hotel is now at the top of our list for Bangkok, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for outstanding service, cleanliness, and a welcoming atmosphere.

The only downside would be the entrance, which isn’t very inviting. In the evenings, it seems to become a meeting spot for locals, which might put off some families. However, this didn’t impact our stay inside the hotel, where everything was exceptional.
