Title: Fantastic Front Desk Staff
I recently stayed at Ruamchitt and was incredibly impressed by the front desk staff, particularly Mod, May, Gluy, Mameon, Wipa, Kagw, Or and friend. They were incredibly helpful and accommodating throughout my stay.
When my flight was delayed, they were understanding and allowed me to keep my luggage with them until I was ready to leave. This was a huge relief as I didn't have to worry about carrying my bags around.
The staff were also very friendly and always willing to assist with any questions or requests I had. Their excellent service made my stay at Ruamchitt a pleasant experience. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area.
I want to extend a special thanks to Mod, May, Gluy, Mameon, Wipa, Kagw, and Or for their exceptional hospitality and kindness.

I have no idea why the score is so low. It's a really nice hotel - clean, modern and comfortable. Location is excellent also. Definitely would return.

Comfortable, clean well priced property.
Can hear the train but it didn't disturb my sleep.
Some people might not like having to walk their way through the freelance girls and ladyboys that congregate on the street outside. I think they only choose the area as it has good shelter from the rain.

Was a shory stay due to a work issue.
Check in and out was easy, quick.
Rooms were clean and spacious.
Right between Nana and Asoke BTS.
Nana Plaza 😉 close by.
Terminal 21 down the street.
Only issue is the noise of the traffic.
But you stay here for convenience !

Ruamchitt, It should be call Ruam&*!!.. I think i was overcharged. I picked this Hotel for the location because it was in between Bangkok's nightlife, but i should have thought this through before jumping on this . The only room they had available was a double twin bed room which the beds were very small like you would see at summer camp , an i was able to put the 2 beds together and it was still too small for me. TV didn't have any descent channels on it, water in bathroom took forever to get hot, and one of the from desk clerks got an attitude when i asked if i could exchange currency . The location was good , next to transit station, staff did a good job with cleaning my laundry , but i should have gotten another Hotel which was real close to one of Bangkok's party districts. I will not return to this Hotel......

Centrally located at short walking distance of all one can imagine but should see and experience. Large rooms, maybe a bit outdated but spacious. I missed water in my room. Airco, safe and shower amenities available. Deposit of 500THB upon check-in. Amazing and friendly Staff... Overall, perfect price/quality balance.

Great location, slap between Asoke and Nana. Great value hotel in Bangkok and even has pool on roof. Needs a bit of upkeep but clean and the front desk team are really nice and available 24hrs. There is a popular night club under the hotel so at night when entering hotel it’s pretty chock outside. Can be pretty loud in rooms due to Sukhumvit and BTS outside, but they have some rooms at back that are quieter. Beware of taxis that sit outside hotel throughout the day and night and if ordering a Grab or Bolt be warned there’s not much space to pull up as on the busy Sukhumvit Road. Overall great place to stay for a few nights amongst the other expensive places on the same road.

Great location. Right by the subway, train station and Terminal 21 mall. Many stores and restaurants right outside the hotel. The hotel is old, but clean and comfortable and very friendly staff.

This is a great location in the heart of the city. Our room was a big corner unit overlooking the side soi. There is a nice rooftop pool with city views. They have a nice restaurant with 5 nice choices for an included breakfast or full menu of additional selections.
The Asok skytrain has walkways that are right outside the hotel and make it easy to navigate the busy intersections and stretches down to many hotels, Terminal 21, Korea town and past the Asok intersection.

Good for the price and location but small dated rooms, it's good for a solo budget traveler. Nice roof top pool. I realized this is popular for hourly couples with Thermae cafe located downstairs.
