Next to to Ratchaprarop ARL station which is easy for those who takes ARL from the airport.
The hotel itself is very clean, with spacious rooms that are perfect for two people. The room is well-lit during the day, but the dim evening lighting could be improved. The bathroom is also clean and spacious, and the bed is comfortable with two pillows provided. The shower water temperature is easily adjustable, which is always a plus.
While the hotel advertises a balcony, it's actually a small space for the air conditioning compressor, which might be a disappointment for some guests. Additionally, the towels could use an upgrade as they were a bit worn.
Despite these minor drawbacks, I would definitely stay here again due to its cleanliness, friendly staff, and fantastic location.
The hotel's strategic location allows for easy access to Pratunam, CentralWorld mall, and other popular destinations, making it a great base for exploring Bangkok.
Overall, this hotel offers a good value for its location and cleanliness, and I would highly recommend it to others.

This hotel has a very good location, it's close to Pratunam Market, Platinum Fashion Mall, Decembers, Palladium, Central World and Big C. The rooms are nice.. I love the rooms, but the bed seem to be too soft and bouncy.. And what i don't really like is the service, especially the housekeeping.. Me and my friends were out since the morning and by the time we returned to the hotel at around 1 or 2pm, our romms still hasn't been cleaned yet.. and the recepcionists don't speak English well enough, hard to understand and difficult to make them understand.. Luckily, they have a very delicious breakfast (evennthough not much choice).. Overall, okay lah.. we can still understand for all the minus.. 👍

I posted a review regarding this hotel changing the prices of the rooms I booked in January 2025 and they still charged me even though we did not stay there and I was told we would not be charged. I’m not able to reply to their response so I’m adding another review. The hotel manager responded to my review saying that the price change was because of the additional beds I added but those beds were added at the time I booked online so the price was already included for extra beds in that price. I did not add when I got there. I added when I booked online but your staff did not honor that. Also, your staff member told me to my face that I could cancel the rooms especially since the rooms were not ready and we would have to wait another hour even though we booked days prior. It was already around 9 or 10 at night when we arrived. I personally talked to the front desk staff and he assured me my credit card would not be charged. I also made sure to cancel the booking online. See picture I attached. However, I was still charged. That is very dishonest and your response is not accurate to what happened.

Located next to the Ratchaprarop Airportlink station. Rooms were considered clean and comfortable. Our stay was pleasant.
However, our experience with the front desk staff was not so pleasant... The night before checkout, we ask the staff if we can checkout later the next day with a fee, and the staff say 'Yes'. But subject to availability and ask to check the next morning. We were told that late checkout between 2 to 4 pm is 500 Baht, while late checkout between 4 to 6 pm is 1000 Baht. However, the next morning, we asked the very same staff for late checkout and was told to be available and quoted 2000 Baht this time round. When asked for late checkout till 4 pm, the very same staff then revised it to 1000 Baht. When I quoted what he said yesterday night, the staff awkwardly smiled and said, "Ya... Ya..." The very next moment, he came to me and said sorry today, fully booked. Wow... It's totally speechless...
