The Vertical Suite

For a family of five the 2 bedroom apartment was perfect! The breakfast was on point! The staff were very friendly and helpful. The location was also fantastic for a balance between distance to the city and distance to the airport for a short stay!

Guess rooms are large, very spacious. I was in room 8602. The AC in both living room and bedroom was amazing. Supper cold. Breakfast is included with your hotel stay. The staff at the restaurant was super helpful and very present. However, their was a hair in my soup. The morning buffet is good however, alot if Flys by the kitchen door. Makes me think twice about the food. The front desk people are very friendly. I don't know why people keep mentioning about the mean front desk guy? I have not encountered a mean person while staying at this hotel. My stay is 27 days. Very attentive to the needs of their customers. 2 malls located right across the street. I personally liked Paradise mall. It reminded me of the malls in the USA. I am from Hawaii and this mall reminded me of malls back home. I would definitely stay here again . I forgot to add room service is available if you cannot make it for breakfast. Also housekeeping is so nice. Male sure you tip them. They do work hard and go above and beyond if you ask them for something. Include is 2 Bottles of water a day. Pool and gym and spa is located on the 5th floor. Very clean however, nobody is ever their. Otherwise times I went nobody came in. My only issue is the kitchen. Like I said flyes all around the food. Not the same standards as back home.
