Rooms were dated and dark, fridge empty, kettle not working, but nice hot water in the bathroom. Needs a refresh I’d say. Staff excellent. Dog rooms are understandable more basic.
Attached the photos which are included in the guest information. I’ve only seen this in two hotels in Thailand and I’ve stayed in hundreds, I guess the previous clientele here were a bit light fingered 😂
The room was spacious and well-equipped, with a kitchen, washing machine, and balcony. Convenient location near BTS Asok, MRT Sukhumvit, and Terminal 21. Staff were helpful and polite.
But the location is in a damp and dark alley.
This is a very good hotel I recomend it so much.👍👍👍
I will try to explain everything in details:
1: The furniture is very old and doesn’t match any kind of hotels supposed to be for the same ranking. I believe that this Furnture at least 40 years old.
2: The lighting system is very very old.
3: The fridge thermostat is not working and any thing you will put in the fridge will be frozen.
4: The moment I get into the room I noticed that room cleaning is not good.
5: Location is far away from all the activities and malls and nothing near to the hotel.
6: Staff is amazing but with all these points it doesn’t have a big weight on my evaluation.
7: House keeping below average.
There are many restaurants in the Terminal 21 shopping mall at the intersection.
The room is super big, 80 square meters, with two bathrooms and a balcony. The facilities are a little old but very clean, and the daily cleaning service is also good. All the employees I met, from the parking lot at the door, to the front desk receptionist to the cleaners, are very friendly.
Pet-friendly, I met some people walking their dogs in the morning.
Smoking-friendly, because there is a balcony, you can smoke on the balcony.
The price is pretty good, I plan to stay there for another week in July. But the room price seems to be a little higher than this time, it would be better if it could be lower.
A little flaw, the ditch at the door smells too strong, maybe this is normal in Bangkok
It said on the website that it had a microwave, but it didn't.
There were also bugs and the wifi was bad. There was no lobby, so we couldn't even have a meeting.
I made a wrong choice this time.
Staff were hospitable but not exceptional. Location is good but ultimately needs Accor to spend some money on it to make it somewhere I'd consider in the future.
