It's OK, cost-effective, and the service is very good. When I checked in on the first day, I found foreign objects on the bed. The hotel service staff and boss kept apologizing from the first day to the second day. Then they changed all the bedding and gave compensation. It's OK.

We had a fantastic 4 night stay at Lee Chiang! The manager and hotel staff went the extra mile to ensure everything was comfortable and easy for us, always ensuring we had breakfast, giving recommendations for activities and food, and organizing drivers for us wherever we went. They even went out of their way to provide us an early breakfast before our flight.
The rooms were slightly older, but always well cleaned and comfortable, and the location is very convenient. We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again!

Nice little hotel with good beds, friendly staff and a Dutch owner, the only downside is a bit more choice at breakfast, only jam and fried egg on the bread.

This is a gem. The hotel is tucked away in a quiet street behind the Wat Pra Singh which makes it ideally located for exploring the old part of town.
My room was well appointed with comfortable double bed, good lighting, nice hot (rain) shower and a pleasant outlook. Reception staff were unfailingly helpful and polite. Breakfast also well organised.

The rooms are nice and very clean, The staff were so helpful and nice that it makes you want to stay there again.
Value for money is excellent!
For us, the location was perfect, it’s quite and close enough to get to places by foot, although it takes some walking.
It depends if you’re looking for a quiet place to be back to or you want something a little closer but more noisy.

Awesome place. The room and bathroom were very clean and the furniture in the room gave it great character. It was as though you were at someone’s home and it wasn’t barren like other hotels.
The staff from top down were very friendly and helpful. Day one they provided a map and gave suggestions of where to go. This made my stay at Chiang Mai a lot easier.
The location was also within walking distance to many places.
If I ever come back to Chiang Mai, I’m definitely considering this place again.

Very clean hotel. The hotel manager was very helpful. He even used his phone to get a share ride for me to get to the airport. The hotel is in a very quiet location within the old city wall. The staff there were very pleasant and helpful. The help me with my excursion tours. The hotel is within walking distance of Wua Lai Walking Street Saturday market and Sunday night market on Rachadamnoen Rd. Further away about 2.5km you can still walk to Kalare Night Bazaar.

Very clean hotel. The hotel manager and his staff were very helpful. He even used his phone to get a share ride for me to get to the airport. His staff arranged a tour for me to visit the national park and do some trekking. The hotel is located in a quiet part within the old city wall. It's within walking distances to the Saturday Night Market on Wua Lai Street and Sunday market on Rachadamnoen Road. There are not many nightlives near the hotel, you will need to walk 1-2km if you want to go to those places or just take a Grab (similar to Uber).

The hotel is okay in all aspects, and the service staff is friendly and kind. However, because I checked in late and left early, I was not very impressed. I mistakenly plugged a 110v hair dryer into a 220v socket, causing a power outage on one side of the room. As a result, the TV and refrigerator were powered off. I'm really sorry, and the hotel needs to pay for repairs...
