This small hotel located at a great location, walking distance to all the famous temples and eatery. Bed and bed linen is very comfortable.
Cons side, they serve very poor breakfast which I never expect this is what a 4 star boutique hotel is providing. The swimming pool is tiny and to be honest, this is a 3 start hotel for me.

Experience at Nine Hotel was superb. Greeted by super friendly and cute staff upon arrival. There’s Bali vibe upon in the hotel.
My friend and I enjoyed our stay there for 3 nights. Location was central and safe in the day. Room was clean and relatively new. Breakfast are served based on menu of the day, mostly English breakfast.
Highly recommended and we would choose to stay here again when we’re back next time

We three reunion after the Pandemic here at Chiangmai. We found this cozy hotel that can provided 3 single beds in a room and so we booked it without second thought.
We enjoyed the stay as the breakfast was lovely everyday, the common area as well as our room is clean at all time.
As the hotel is at Old Town, we can walk around to explore for drink, food and massage easily.
We even booked a One Day tour from the hotel, nice arrangement that they arranged for us.
We recommend this hotel! :)

Front office staff could speak good English! That was remarkable! Quite environment though there is a primary school next door. The only drawback was no rack in shower room, not convenient to place toiletries, especially for elderly.

We stayed one night with breakfast :
The good sides :
-you can leave your luggage before check in and after check out, they have a special room for it. That’s convenient !
-room is big and have everything you need and free drinks and snack
- very clean
-good options for breakfast
-the staff is really really nice and helpful.
The not so good sides :
- pretty noisy as our room was above the breakfast area but it’s Chiang Mai !
- AC is super loud
- pillows are extremely hard so is the bed

Nice looking lobby and room. Comfy bed and clean sheets. But the pool is not the cleanest.

It’s in a quiet area in old town. Temples are nearby but if you want to explore more touristy, foodie scene, it’s easy to get to those places via Grab, too. The staff are very attentive and friendly.

A very memorable stay experience. The hotel is conveniently located, fully equipped, and provides free bicycles 🚲 to ride to the market. The hotel breakfast is worth trying. It is very comfortable to sit by the swimming pool and eat breakfast in the sun

The owner/ manager was one of the kindest ladies I met during my travels in Thailand. So hospitable and sweet, she gave such an enthusiastic and warm welcome and really made my stay memorable. The building seemed like it was old but refurbished, but is well taken care of, very clean, and the room was adorable! The common areas were done up well and seemed like a nice spot to hang out and relax before heading out or after a long day (I had a full itinerary so didn't have much downtime to enjoy it). My only comment would be that as a solo female traveller coming from overseas, I appreciate knowing there is someone on premises 24/7, in case of any sort of emergency late at night. Since your hotel is really your home base/ safe place while travelling, it was a bit discomforting when I was told that staff leave at midnight and don't return until breakfast time. However, I wouldn't detract from my rating of the hotel, simply feedback for them and for other solo female travellers to consider, in case it's important to you.
