Impressive service. Luxurious rooms, great sleep. Delicious snacks. Good food, nice conference room. All staff are super nice. New normal period. Let this be one of the hotel services. Excellent management.

I would give this hotel 3 stars. We stayed in executive room for one night. The building is quite old and doesn’t really match the price we paid. The location is okay, but for this price range there are many more convenient options nearby and in downtown. We had a room with a rather extraordinary view, which was a nice highlight, but the bathroom was very small. The staff were friendly and helpful, always doing their best and explaining the services clearly without any signs of impatience. Overall, the location is acceptable and the staff are friendly, but the building feels dated and the buffet was just average.

Other than the fact that they are still using room keys and thus limit you to one key per room and not using the key card technology, the hotel is pretty good and the location is excellent. The rooms are pretty big and so are the washrooms.

It's a very old hotel that needs some update! Rooms are nice, though and service is good. Food is awful, only breakfast was good. It is located in a normal place, nothing fancy.

Nice hotel, very clean and tidy. Great staff that are happy, polite and friendly.
Facilities are very good, rooms are the same and have all you need.
Laundry service available, or use the one at the bottom of the road.

Short walk right at the bottom of the road to the night market.

You can tell that the hotel is old but it is very clean and it was a great place to stay. The rooms are very large and we received a welcome basket of snacks when we arrived. There are spas and a laundromat close by, and it's not a far walk to the wonderful Anusarn Night Market.

+ lovely helpful staff, location about 30 minutes walk from old town. Pool area really nice with good quality sunbeds. Overall I would stay here again if I was coming to Chiang Mai- All was good

Great location, staff is very friendly and checked us in early in the morning after we arrived on the overnight bus. Big breakfast buffet with lots of options. Rooms are big and clean. The pool is great!
