A beautiful hotel which is calming and proud of its Thai culture. Stunning flower and art displays are thoughtfully positioned throughout the hotel. Delicious food and drinks. But what I loved mostly about this hotel is the warm and welcoming staff team from the minute you walk in. They go out of their way to make sure you enjoy your stay. Thank you 🙏🏻🌺

Exceptional Stay at Ratilanna Resort & Spa – A True Northern Thai Gem!

From the moment we arrived at Ratilanna Resort & Spa, we knew we were in for an unforgettable experience. The warm and personalized welcome set the tone for our stay—the front desk staff greeted me by name and offered a refreshing traditional northern Thai drink that was both unique and delightful.

The hospitality continued as the staff walked us through the beautiful property, ensuring we felt comfortable and familiar with all the amenities before leading us to our rooms. To our surprise and delight, we were upgraded to a spacious room with a private balcony, adding an extra touch of luxury to our stay.

What truly stood out was their attentiveness to our family’s needs. My mother has limited mobility, and without us even having to ask, the staff had a wheelchair prepared for her, making it effortless for her to enjoy the resort to the fullest. Their thoughtfulness and attention to detail truly made a difference in our experience.

The breakfast each morning was another highlight—an incredible spread of fresh and delicious options catering to a variety of tastes. Every meal was a perfect start to the day, enjoyed in the serene setting of the resort.

Ratilanna Resort & Spa exceeded our expectations in every way, from their impeccable service to the tranquil ambiance. If you’re looking for a place that blends authentic Northern Thai hospitality with luxury and comfort, this is it. We can’t wait to return!

I recently stayed at RatiLanna Riverside Spa Resort in Chiang Mai, and overall, it was a good experience, but there are some areas for improvement, especially for a 5-star hotel.

Positive Aspects:
• Breakfast: The breakfast was excellent, offering a wide variety of options, and the riverside location of the restaurant created a serene and enjoyable atmosphere.
• Spa and Pool: The spa services were relaxing, and the pool area was clean and peaceful.
• Architecture and Décor: The resort’s design and décor were stunning, blending traditional Thai elements with modern touches.
• Staff: The reception staff were friendly and very helpful throughout the stay.

Areas for Improvement:
• Housekeeping: The room cleaning wasn’t up to standard. Towels weren’t replaced even when requested, and toiletries were not restocked unless specifically asked for each day.
• Room Amenities: The room lacked sufficient space to hang clothes, which was inconvenient.

In general, the stay was pleasant, but to truly reflect its 5-star rating, the hotel should focus on improving these details. With a few adjustments, it could be a top-tier luxury experience.

Really nice resort. Very lose to the massive market which is down the road. Its all wood and greenery. Very relaxing place. Food service was good as was the breakfast. Gym was a plus. One of my fav hotels in a long time. Friendly staff also

The staff is outstanding! Unfortunately, we were visiting Chiang Mai during the floods. The entire staff made sure that we still had a wonderful time and were able to take away all our worries. I would recommend this hotel to everyone. The breakfast and restaurant in the evenings are great. You always feel like you are in good hands. We hope that we can come back again when there is no flooding. We wish all the staff, especially the reception staff, only the best!

They took us in during the floods as our condo was evacuated.. we had no where to go.

This is my gym, I have never had a room here but the atmosphere, service, friendly environment are great. I have eaten here and the food is excellent. I have also suggested it to friends who have never expressed any disappointment.

Excellent hotel, we stayed 4 days in this hotel, location of the hotel was amazing, next to river and 10 mins driving distance to everywhere. Has all the facilities. Gym, decent size pool, restaurant is just next to river with a very nice view.

A decent place for a few nights stay. It's a near traditional looking hotel with well-appointed rooms with modern features. On arrival, the staff greeted us respectfully and professionally. The staff were also very polite and helpful. The pool with bar was an awesome retreat from the stifling heat this time of year. The fitness center was another plus (of I had stayed more than 1 night I would use it. With the positives out of the way, I'll get to the cons. Turned on the air conditioning in brother and sister in laws room and it wasn't working. Called the front desk to report it. Went swimming for a bit, then went back to the room. We had to call a second time for no AC. Then we went out to the city center and dinner. They said someone would come take care of it. On our return, still not fixed. Called again. This time we had to change rooms and 1.5 hours later, my wife and I were going to our room, we saw maintenance leaving the old room. That was the worst thing that I could say. The breakfast buffet had many offerings, and I left full. Having said that, I would not say it was awesome food. It wasn't bad, though. Lastly, I've noticed a trend in Thai construction. Most places I've been to lack weather striping which means that the heat this time of year made the ac work harder and allowed more than desired of the bad air quality into the room (but the AC did keep us very cool).

I really love the spa service here with the lady JEAB she is a lovely supervisor,she take care me explaining me the details of the spa and tell me about the hotel decor details and even I got some things need help she is very helpful and nice I highly recommended her service and she is so smart to make me feel relaxed on the spa , she provides a wonderful service I really thankful to meet her , she also send me a birthday gift, I will miss her . I hope all the best for her 👍👍👍👍👍👍
