RatiLanna Riverside Spa Resort

The staff is outstanding! Unfortunately, we were visiting Chiang Mai during the floods. The entire staff made sure that we still had a wonderful time and were able to take away all our worries. I would recommend this hotel to everyone. The breakfast and restaurant in the evenings are great. You always feel like you are in good hands. We hope that we can come back again when there is no flooding. We wish all the staff, especially the reception staff, only the best!

This is my gym, I have never had a room here but the atmosphere, service, friendly environment are great. I have eaten here and the food is excellent. I have also suggested it to friends who have never expressed any disappointment.

Excellent hotel, we stayed 4 days in this hotel, location of the hotel was amazing, next to river and 10 mins driving distance to everywhere. Has all the facilities. Gym, decent size pool, restaurant is just next to river with a very nice view.

A decent place for a few nights stay. It's a near traditional looking hotel with well-appointed rooms with modern features. On arrival, the staff greeted us respectfully and professionally. The staff were also very polite and helpful. The pool with bar was an awesome retreat from the stifling heat this time of year. The fitness center was another plus (of I had stayed more than 1 night I would use it. With the positives out of the way, I'll get to the cons. Turned on the air conditioning in brother and sister in laws room and it wasn't working. Called the front desk to report it. Went swimming for a bit, then went back to the room. We had to call a second time for no AC. Then we went out to the city center and dinner. They said someone would come take care of it. On our return, still not fixed. Called again. This time we had to change rooms and 1.5 hours later, my wife and I were going to our room, we saw maintenance leaving the old room. That was the worst thing that I could say. The breakfast buffet had many offerings, and I left full. Having said that, I would not say it was awesome food. It wasn't bad, though. Lastly, I've noticed a trend in Thai construction. Most places I've been to lack weather striping which means that the heat this time of year made the ac work harder and allowed more than desired of the bad air quality into the room (but the AC did keep us very cool).

I really love the spa service here with the lady JEAB she is a lovely supervisor,she take care me explaining me the details of the spa and tell me about the hotel decor details and even I got some things need help she is very helpful and nice I highly recommended her service and she is so smart to make me feel relaxed on the spa , she provides a wonderful service I really thankful to meet her , she also send me a birthday gift, I will miss her . I hope all the best for her 👍👍👍👍👍👍

We got offered a free transfer to and from the airport and a free upgrade to a junior suite at check in. All the staff are friendly and very accommodating. It was lovely walking out in the morning for breakfast to see the infinity pool overlooking the river. We spent a lot of time at the pool and also utilised their pool bar. It was during Song Kran water festival. The location was far enough from the busy traffic in the old town and Ta Pae district but not too far for transport to these locations. It was also handy the hotel is also next to a restaurant. We arrived late on the first day but didn’t want to travel too far for a meal. In-room dining service was really good as well, no long wait so no late night hangry. I also used their spa which was absolutely bl***dy amazing, wish I could take the whole ambiance with me. Love this place and will visit again. I usually don’t leave feedback unless the service was fantastic. Well done Chiang Mai, I’ll see you next time.

An amazing hotel, that has a very colonial look to it with the use of beautiful dark wood. Excellent service from when we checked in, to when we ate in the restaurant, to when we sat by the pool & throughout our stay. Our riverside deluxe room was stunning. The bed was huge! Fantastic balcony area, overlooking the pool, with superb double sun lounger to relax on. The bathroom with a built in tv & separate waterfall - wow. The buffet breakfast was plentiful & a variety that catered for all nationalities. We also ate in the restaurant, which we recommend 100%. The meal we had was so flavorsome & cooked so well. A free shuttle service to the nearby night market, which is a huge market , with many side streets/ areas with more stalls/eateries/music & even a Muay Thai boxing arena. Would definitely return to this beautiful hotel.

We visited this hotel on a one night stopover. Lovely surroundings, next to the river, including a great pool. The hotel had plenty of style and a good location close enough to the city centre; also big rooms in Thai style, with a waterfall in the bathroom! Excellent service where we experienced it. We ate in the restaurant: pretty location overlooking the river, food very good, and overall for the price good value.

This has been one of my favorite hotels since childhood and I’m glad to say I had a wonderful time with my wife at this hotel. We were lucky to get the suite on discount for 5 nights and the staff were very sincere and welcoming the whole stay. Facilities are top notch and room service is also 10/10 you can get thai and western all to 5 star taste. The location is also very nearby Canal road and the main city centre. A bike or private transport via grab is recommended. They do offer shuttle services to the night market and the city centre everyday as well.
