We had been staying in Star Hotel from 24Dec 01 Jan,we appreciated the counter staff v helpful professional service always smiling.Hotel location very near night market n big C supermarket just behind 5 mins walking distance.The breakfast serving thai n western delicious foods . Thumb up 👍 Star Hotel we will booking tis Hotel again when coming to Chiangmai again,Happy New Year 2026.

Great stay. Great staff. Everything in the hotel was nice. But some issues with the room. My suggestion is to need hangers in the room. Hanging rail and wardrobe space but no hangers.
Water pressure in the shower and water temperature is not great but a soft Luke warm shower was adequate. Otherwise the room was big and comfortable. Good kettle and nice sized cups
One person but I was given a third bed. I was expecting a sofa or at least some chairs to sit on.
Had to sit on a hard chair near TV
Nice pool area. On 2nd floor

The pool is clean, breakfast is plentiful, and the hotel is hygienic. The room rates are cheap. If you turn right when you exit the hotel, you'll find a mall just a 5-minute walk away. The entire second floor of the mall is dedicated to restaurants, and there's also a massage place where you can get an hour-long massage for just 45 RMB – it's incredibly refreshing! I highly recommend this hotel!

The hotel is newly renovated. The room we stayed in and all the public areas were very clean and well maintained. The staff could not have been more welcoming and helpful.
The location is great being near the old city and just a short walk to all the night markets. We were upgraded to a larger room with a lounge at no cost which was a bonus. I would stay here again.

I am very happy to stay here for three nights. starting from the friendly receptionist, the rooms are modern and complete with amenities, breakfast is also delicious, the location is 8 minutes walk to the night bazaar and very helpful staffs. Staying here is very comfortable and quiet. i would like to stay here for my next visit to CNX.

Very clean and spacious room! Comes with decent breakfast and it was different food in my two nights stay! Staff is very friendly! And the location is very close to night bazaar, bars, massage places, 7-11 and many more! Just the shower water pressure can be tuned up stronger and the shampoo/soap they serve can be more "condensed" instead of too watery.

Hotel have nice and comfortable rooms. All of the staff are amazing friendly. Hotel is very close to nightmarket and restaurant and bars. Sunday nightmarket is walk 10/15 minutes. Breakfast is simple but good. There is a pool but I not used. But it looks good.
