Too expensive price for such an old hotel and service

Unfortunately we lost our charger in our room and the staff didn’t really helped us to search or even had the intention to help….

The second time I stayed at the hotel, I thought that the hotel was cool because the previous room was good, the windows were good and there was almost no noise. This time we were accommodated on two floors below, the room was already tired, there were no windows and it turned out to be very noisy. For 4 days they never cleaned the room or changed towels. The website does not indicate that the hotel takes a 2000 baht deposit. An inconvenient moment before departure - we stained the towels with fruit. Before leaving in the evening, we were informed that they would not wash the towels and told us that we would wash them ourselves. Although the hotel provides linen that is not the freshest. It is surprising that the hotel did not even try to wash the towels. As a result, we had to take the towels to the laundry in the evening and wash them ourselves. Everything was washed, the towels were returned to their previous appearance. But they ruined our mood; instead of resting before leaving, we did laundry... I don’t want to come back here anymore
