Be very aware you will get what you pay for. Maybe even a little less. The staff just don’t care! Woke up at 4.30am my first morning here to a worker on the verandah for my pool access room scrubbing the walls of the pool with a broom. No care for sleeping guests at all. On the second day a small wind picked up during some rain and a roof tile and other debris fell from the roof into my pool smashing everywhere. I spoke to staff 5 times after informing them the 5 min vacuum they had done had not picked up all the broken tile and wire etc that was on the floor of the pool. By this time I had had 4 people come to my room and look at the pool and take videos. I was here for another 3 days and nothing done. I picked out pieces of tile and wire myself. In 5 days not once was I able to sleep past 6.30 due to the amount of noise staff make in the hallways and you can hear every single door close, toilet flush and people partying. The place would be ok for the price if the staff were competent. If you just need a place to lie your head and have a quick swim then it’s ok. If you want good service, sleep and safety this isn’t really the place for you.
