Beston - SHA Plus Certified Hotel

This definitely not a 4star hotel. Toothbrush & paste not provided. Pool in maintenance,not mentioned while booking. Also they only give 2 water bottles, charging extra for more. Landline doesn't work , need to come to reception for everything. Rooms are good and neat. But service is bad....

Despite the fact that hotel is positioned as 4 star, I believe it is maximum 2 star.
They do not provide the tooth paste, they are not able to assist with the luggage, the phone is not working so if you need anything you only need to be present at the reception.
If you address the concern to the reception they are not offering any solution, they only advise to complain to the tour operator.

Charging me a $1,000 fine for smoking in the room and calling the police. But their fire detector didn't even go off. The room cleaning guy is just reporting that these pictures below were taken, and he is reporting that the room is smoking. Also, the location is far away from everything, so commuting becomes very difficult. Your daily commute will cost a minimum of 150 to 200 baht per person. It is the perfect hotel for those who want to have peaceful family time.

Bed is super hard and painful to sleep on. Shower gun is weak. Hot and cold randomly. Cannot control. Pillow is so soft. My neck hurts.

1. Rooms: there was no big enough table in the room for eating, soundproofing is completely absent - you can hear anything from the corridor or neughbour's rooms, either below or on the same floor with you, from someone having sex or just a conversation. I think if someone dropped a paper I would hear that as well. Doors closing is very loud and you will be disturbed by this during the whole stay. Good things are that rooms look pretty and comfortable (from the first glance and you don't need a second), bedsheets, towels and water are changed everyday.
2. Personnel: almost no one speaks english in a sufficient level so you can't ask them about a lot of things. Day before departure date I ordered a lunchbox and when I asked employee in the morning about it, he said that I didn't order it.
3. Other things: breakfast was the same every 6 days I stayed there but it is fine if you don't want to leave hotel for eating somewhere in the morning. Also there is no laundry service at least as reception employee said to me.
Conclusion: this option is good if you just need a place to sleep and if you are not disturbed by a tonn of noises penetrating your room from every corner. Don't count on anything more, literally.
