Its an awesome property with all the amenities that one may need to make their stay and holiday memorable. They have got swimming pool, a terrace sitting with swings, a children area and a gym as well.
The staff here is very friendly and helpful. They are trained to take care of your minutest requirements. They always greet you with a smile even if you get a little cranky. They have really courteous staff.
They offer great food. If anything of your taste is not available on their complimentary breakfast buffet, they happily offer you the alternatives that please you and don't charge extra for that.
In addition to this, they have life barbecue counters and musicians playing live music for you while you enjoy your food by the pool side. These guys leave no stone unturned for making your stay a memorable experience.
I stayed at Citrus Park for 3 nights and had a hard time leaving. The workers are very friendly, engaging, and approachable. They helped me with little things, like renting a motor scooter. The room was very comfortable and modern (central console for all the lights and air conditioning next to your bed, etc) It's not one of these oversized hotels, but it feels at home, and it is elegantly designed. It's like joining a community if you stay there for a few days. Oh, and down the road towards the ocean, there is a market open at night, with many Russian tourists. Also quite interesting.
Little away from city but you can take tok tok. I visited jomtien beach near from the hotel. Opposite to hotel they have money exchange, super market and massage center..
