Holiday Inn Express Pattaya Central, an IHG Hotel

Had visited Pattaya in Aug 2024 with my family and stayed in Holiday Inn Express. We all agree and share the same experience which was ‘amazing’ . The hotel being situated in the heart of the town made travel much easier with a choice to walk, take a taxi or stroll around the 7/11 stores.
Being in the heart of the town we were worried about noise levels but my god… we slept like logs in the hotel as there we no noise and the bed were absolutely comfortable. The linens were clean and crisp with soft pillows to relax.
Breakfast was something you would look forward for due to the variety of choices of which chicken porridge was my favourite.
The staff were respectful and willing to help any time.
I could not fault anything during my stay there and I will be going back to stay there again during my second visit soon.
Thank you to the team who emphatically checked us in on 7.8.24 for such a big group of 6 and we truly appreciated their kind gesture.

The hotel has an underground car park, which is ideal for the busy streets.

Room was good. Came with complimentary toileteries, sewing kit, shaving kit, toothbrush and toothpaste and a comb. Ideal if you have forgotten something.

Located in the middle of everything, bars and restaurants.

On the roof is a small pool and gym.

In the room is a fridge (7/11 is nearby) & a safe

I had an amazing stay at the Holiday Inn Express Pattaya! The staff, especially Bamby and Noynar, were incredibly friendly and made me feel right at home. My room was spotless and well-maintained throughout my stay. The hotel felt very secure, and I loved that it was just a short walk to the beach and nearby attractions. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Pattaya!

I stayed for 22 days this time. The staff at this hotel greeted me with a very pleasant smile and made me feel very comfortable. The rooms are neither small nor spacious, but just right. The rooms are well cleaned and have a clean feeling. There are many bars and restaurants in front of the hotel. It is only a 15 minute walk to the ocean, which is a good distance for a walk.
This hotel includes breakfast, and although there are not many items on the menu, they change it little by little, so I felt that they made an effort not to bore me. The restaurant staff, PRAEWA and WAN MAI, are very nice and smiling, and when I asked for ice every morning, they brought it to me with a smile. I would like to stay at this hotel again next time.

The hotel is pretty clean & rooms are very comfortable. The location is also right in the best place possible, with bars & restaurants around. The service is very professional & the breakfast has good options. The hotel also has a travel desk which can assist you with transfer & tours at a good price.

from the moment we arrived we had an amazing stay at the Holiday inn. all the staff were attentive, smiles all around. on site taxi service to take you to where ever. great breakfast area with outdoor water garden was fantastic. roof top pool was perfect, clean, well stocked with lounge chairs. gym also on the roof. laundry service, and small concession area open 24 hours a day. room rates were amazing. about a 10 min walk to the beach, and about 15 to walking street. don’t look any further this is a great hotel. rooms were super clean, bed was comfortable soft and firm pillows.

Convenient location, nice rooms and great breakfast sums up my stay. They also have self laundry option per load charge is 150B. The travel desk is friendly and offers deals on island hopping tours. 20 mins walk from walking street you can also take a taxi from the hotel Recommended to walk to see the amazing Street food. Later you go the better the options. Midnight is the best for the street food since they start opening very late.

We had a nice experience staying at the hotel. Its comfortable, affordable and friendly staff. Probably the only polite and friendly local Thai people we met at Pattaya were the staff at this hotel.

The morning buffet is good and serves good food.
Only problem is, there is no dinner service available and the hotel is located bit inside the city. So if you are going with the expectation os sea view- then forget to see the sea from hotel room :)

It has a roof top swimming pool and gym, which is good if you are gym freak or want to relax while swimming.
