I spent 36 days in this nice Hotel.
Staff is fantastic , always smiling and very friendly.
Reception Staff is phenomenal as the ones in the Restaurant.
Room was clean and quiet, particularly enjoyed the big size of the fridge.
Sink on balcony very handy.
Location was perfect.
Good value for money as well.
Will go back for sure.

Very satisfied with the restaurant, but disappointed with room cleaning

Overall, I was very satisfied with my stay at the hotel. The staff was very friendly and did a great job, especially in the restaurant. The employees there, especially Raushan, Sohan, and Sing, provided excellent service, and I was very happy with their work. They were always attentive and made the dining experience wonderful.

However, I was less satisfied with the room cleaning. Unfortunately, my room was not properly cleaned, and the bed linens were not changed every day. There is definitely room for improvement in this area.

Good location. Clean place. Helpful and friendly staff.
However the room is not clean. someone smoked in the room and the cigar was still on the floor when i entered. How can housekeeper missed to clean it. Sometimes no water to shower, staff will let you shower in another room.
Walking distance to Villa market and shopping mall and night market.

Had a comfortable stay in this hotel. Chose this place, because its on a more quiet area (no loud party noises etc.) and still on good a walking distance to Pattaya beach. 7-eleven also close by.

Service desk was good and overall hotel staff were nice and helpful. Hotel room had a lot of space and it was clean, bed was comfortable and shower was good. The hotel room door does not isolate the noise from the hallway, so be aware that you can hear quite well people coming and going and talking.

We set our camping table while waiting the boiling water for coffee and tea. (Walking distance from the hotel). We surely recommend Journey hub to some of our friends and we are going to come back next time. From Rick & Lolita (Labrador)

It's a truely wonderful place to stay while you are in Pattaya. The location is slightly inside the lanes, but the distance to any popular places, walking street, beach, malls etc. is very close by and within walking distance.

Ambience is nice and warm, and their service is always with a smile, always willing to help with whatever you may need, directions, local commute, anything. No restrictions to entry and exit and compliments the late night life. 7/11 is just a few meters walk.

They have their restaurant and swimming pool in the terrace and is well maintained.

Breakfast was included and had a nice spread.

Overall an excellent value for money and I will definitely return here.

I will say the Indian food and morning breakfast is much better than anywhere I stayed.

I have a lot a great things to say about this hotel. First of all I love the location of the hotel. Only 5 min walk to beach. Front desk desk were all amazing but 2 girls that help make our stay amazing was Meya and View. They were all very helpful but these 2 girls stood out the most for me at the front desk. They also are part of my other great experience here at this hotel. They gathered like 6-8 staff at the hotel and came up.to the room with a small birthday cake singing happy birthday to her making her feel really special. I was shocked because they did this on thier own. It literally brought tears to my eyes. Maya was holding the cake and View caught the moment on video. Thank you so much for everything you did to make my wife remember her birthday. The last person I want to highlight is Lakshmi in the restaurant. I know she was pretty new at the hotel and she felt bad because when we were at the pool ordering drinks and food sometimes it took a very long time but she always had a smile on her face and I really appreciated it. When we were done she would always come to our room so we could pay our bill there and not worry about bringing money to the the pool. She even asked when we were leaving and what time because she wanted to physically come down just to say good bye in person. She really help make our stay very enjoyable and I want to say thank you to her for all her help. If there Is a way to give her a bonus or recognize her for her excellent service I would appreciate it.
