Everything was great. In fact, I asked how I could book another room on the top floor next time as road was a bit noisy and i like to use the gym amd pool. I was told I could not book a particular room. Just luck when I turn up. So il have to find another place that will allow me too. Shame. That is why only 4 for service and location. Otherwise it's was very comfortable in the 1 bedroom deluxe and the gym and pool was great to... after being told I could not book particular room i feel a little disappointed. I'm sure for this price range I will find a suite that can provide this service...

So Nova suites, was good.. Welcoming staff.. The reception staff were faultless.. The handling of visitors to and from my room was well done!! My friends felt comfortable..
But the rooms need a deep clean!! Also some maintenance and a lick of paint to freshen up the rooms..
A wonderful boutique style of hotel...
If you are on a long stay, make sure that you are not next to one of the bigger rooms.. Indian guests occupied these room and there selfish noisy parting is completely unfair to other guests..They were (India people) unbearable... It was so unfair....

This is a very old property with old and smelly rooms. The both towels and toiletries are of very poor state and quality. The access of this hotel is also useless, its in mid of nowhere and nothing is walkable from here.
The only good thing: The rooms are very spacious. I had a 2 bedroom suite booked and the rooms were really spacious, otherwise the wardrobes, cabinets, furniture everything is tad.

First time ever.it shows it’s a 5 star hotel from the app.fake5 star hotel. worst than a 3 star.rooms r so dirty. old. disgusting.

Room was dirty. Tub wasn’t clean there was someone else’s old dirty washcloth still hanging in the shower. Floor was beyond filthy. Ashes from previous guest still on nightstand I believe the only thing they did in the room was make the bed and put fresh towels .
The service was super bad!!!
Im not recommending this hotel at all. They are not nice to tourists...
Please also be aware that dont be late to checkout!!! They charged us extra one day stay because we were 25 minutes late . That was totally upset to to us but anyway i wish rroom

First thing is when it comes to thailand preferably i expect and always do that is booking for hotel, and when the things are on base of luxury I always think about AMARI . all that times when I am in hailand I always stay in AMARI hotels I was stayed here in May 2019 with family. love the hotel with its large and spacious rooms like a apartment of 1 bhk, it comes with kitchenettes , fridge , washing machine and oven also. bathroo is with all the amenities bathtub. Very close to the main stuffs.

I rented two bedroom apartment and I am very pleased with the apartment. The rooms are large and spacious. clean and quiet. Me and my family enjoyed staying there for two nights. Highly recommended
