We had a lovely stay here, the room we booked over looked the pool which was really nice.Breakfast was good with lots of choices. The reception staff were always friendly and smiling pay (receptionist) was so helpful changing our room and rebooking for us to come back next year. Location is a little bit out of center therefore is quiet which is what we liked, it is 10 minutes walk to terminal 21 which is a fantastic shopping mall and it has a brilliant
Eating place at the top with absolutely everything and very reasonable. From terminal 21 you can get on a 10 baht bus that goes along the beach road so you can get off where you want.

I found the staff to be very helpful and the hotel is pleasant, it's not a 5 star hotel, but it's good, the pool is nice to cool off in, and for the price we really liked it, the location is good, there are malls just along the road that impressed, Terminal 21 is awesome. We walked to the beach and Walking Street to take in the atmosphere and enjoyed our stay, to the point of staying another day. There's wheelchair access and a carpark by the reception area. Breakfast is really good here, plenty to choose from and it's ongoing to 11am, pretty good in my opinion. All in all I would recommend this hotel.

Worst resort i have ever been!!! Cockroaches and rats everywhere!! When I came in my room there was a dead cockroach in the shower! My kid saw it and didn’t dare to take a shower! The Floor was nasty!! I took a few footsteps and my socks were all dirty. When I walked in the hotel a also saw a lot of rats.I booked for 4 days but i left the next day! Didn’t got my money back but I didn’t care! This was a real nightmare and I don’t wish this for anyone.

Budget hotel Close to the Terminal 21 and Bus Station, walking to the beach.
Room, shower and pool were great. But very Noisy air con!
I was bitten in the night but not sure by what.
Great breakfast set up but the catering team stop topping up and start putting things away around 10:30am even though breakfast should be served until 11am
We booked a Bolt taxi and went to the Elephant Jungle Sanctuary, the best experience ever! The taxi cost us 1000 in total to and from hotel / and he even took us to the Floating market and waited for us and then the entry to the Sanctuary was 690 each.
Room, shower and pool were great. But very Noisy air con!

The staff were pleasant and polite.
The rooms were a bit old. We booked 7 rooms, 2 rooms had only cold water. The maintenance guys tried their best to resolve the problem and the male night shift receptionist offered to change rooms but it was already late so we didn't want the hassle, he kindly allowed me to use the bathroom in an upgraded room and promised it would be fixed the next day. Unfortunately it wasn't so I had to use the bathroom next door again. Overall the staff were trying their best unlike Ramada sukhumvit 48 in Bangkok. The staff makes a huge difference. Well done.

Booked 7 nights in this hotel but immediately checked out the 3rd day. There’s no running water, outdated TV (broken remote controller), and the swimming pool is in under construction for a a month. Strange smell of water as well. The reception even suggested us to take shower in different room.

My wife and I checked out a day or two ago and for the price the place and the location it was amazing. Also the complimentary breakfast was really good. Staff were super friendly and also organised us in house massages. can be on the pricey side but what do you expect when they come to your room.
I highly recommend and we will come again next time with the kids.

This hotel is okay for short stays. The pool is to be honest dangerous. The support poles entering the pool is unstable and the pool tiles are missing in places. I definitely wouldn't let children play here. I constantly had issues with my door card not opening my door. They repaired this but took the entire day to repair this without any notice. I lost air-conditioning for a day and the next day lost TV and my room was full of cockroaches. The location is pretty far from the centre of Pattaya but near to the shopping centre terminal 21. The staff are really nice and they genuinely were trying their best under the circumstances. The breakfast was really not worth it and if your a western person I would definitely avoid. It's mainly for Asian and Indian guests. I wouldn't stay here again as there are far better hotels in Pattaya which are much nearer to the centre. I stayed here from. Jan 23rd to 5th of Feb 2024.

I've only just checked in for 6 nights...I booked pool view bigger room... unfortunately I have a building in front of me..no pool view....
The bell hop when asked a question simply flung his hand over his shoulder and walked away..then shouted I know I know
6 nights booked..but feel like checking out..
Talked out of leaving as was warned Agoda will not reimburse no matter what...
Second night had no hot water..got it fixed but pressure was abysmal.
Yesterday no hot water again.. informed the big guy on desk..wasn't fixed when returned from beach..morning explained I need it fixed..back from beach and no one had come to fix it...I'm now sitting at 7.30pm and 3 guys are here after I made a scene about my water problem and how inept the staff are...funny how it was the same big guy who said he forgot about my query..
Moving on...part of the pool has been cordoned of as the tiles are missing...another thing to take in is you must get to the pool early..many people have started putting towels over sunbeds before going to breakfast..small pool so you can imagine.
The breakfast is very good..has lots of choice and the staff are friendly..
This place is cheap enough with breakfast included...a fine gym as well..
Cleaned daily and done well enough...
No bars around here..a walk to seven 11 ...the thing is this place really is out of the way...unless you have transport like a motorbike or car it's going to cost you and is inconvenient...
Being out of the way does not mean quiet...it's between 2 main roads at the corner...traffic noise all night...
Maybe I have just had a bad experience and you would like to try it yourself... personally I will not be back...sorry for the essay folks..

I was very impressed with the facilities and charisma of staff. I would surely book again. Breakfast was outstanding and meets top standards. The gym was well maintained and serviced with equipment for 5 athletes at any one time. The staff are genuinely special and caring
