Centara Hotel

As a centara member I felt so honoured and happy to choose this place as my requests are all met.Ignore the negative comments this is a wonderful place from housekeeping,technicians,front desk and restaurant staffs all are very friendly and welcoming. Apart from small things getting old which is common I see no fault with this place,rooms are clean and big location super convenient and most importantly the prices are very reasonable.Keep it up Centara Pattaya in future this will be my top choice hotel in pattaya(I seldom write reviews before I leave but I'm so happy with everything)Good job

I just stayed for a week or 2 in Centara Pattaya Hotel and it was amazing. Especially Argon en the girls from the restaurant. Had a good time with them, I really liked them much and they worked very hard to give you the best stay in Pattaya. Love them always smilling, good vibes. I wish I could return immediately. The room was super clean and was everyday provided with fresh water so you always had some at your room at the hotel. Pattaya can be kind of hot. The restaurant was super good, the times that I was eating there I got delicious Cuisines. I really reccomend this hotel. If you have little trouble with finding a taxi to go to the airport or something, the friendly doorman will do everything he can to help you out! There was one thing I had some trouble with and that was that some Indian tourist really need to learn some respect. At some moments I wanted to say something about it myself when they where shouting and disrespecting to the girls from the restaurant, even if there were so friendly. Maybe It was just one group but still, they are not in India. Centarra Argon, Girls. thanks for the lovely time and I see you next year!

I stayed here for 3 nights during April 2024. Spacious rooms and great location.

It is having compact swimming pool and it well maintained. Gym also well maintained.

Breakfast is great and large spread. You will mostly find western dishes. Breakfast is delicious and area is well maintained. You will find dedicated Indian breakfast in separate area. South and North Indian dishes available.

Car parking lot available. But, parking lot is bit congested.

Several popular Thai restaurants and food courts nearby.

Many shopping malls (Central) nearby and also you will find many local shops nearby.

Tiffany’s cabaret is walkable distance from the hotel.

Reception Staff and house keeping staff are helpful and friendly

Spacious room and good location, five minutes walk away from beach, walking distance to mall terminal 21 and centara pattaya, good customer service. Morever enjoyed my stay in this hotel. Just in front of this hotel is Indian Restaurant which is average taste...Best Indian restaurant is Madras Darbar opposite to Central Pattaya Mall...

Very well located with decent rooms. service is a little slow. Their swimming pool is deep around (1.6 m) difficult to swim for everyone. Neat & well maintained. Loved our stay here.

Its a great hotel, we stayed here for 2 nights. Check in/out is hassle free. Do not trust negative reviews , my experience was good and breakfast they provide is upto the mark. They inform you while checkin what are chargeable and what not. Swimming pool was great ( although small) but clean and hygiene. Near to all main centre.

Centara Pattaya Hotel is located in the best location, the staff are friendly and polite. The check in was quick . I loved the breakfast the most , loved the Thai options for breakfast. Our kids loved th pool & they enjoyed swimming everyday when we stayed there . The price was so good too . The only thing the hotel can improve, the house keeping was cleaning the room after 3 pm for existing guests which is quite late for my opinion, also they should give some more toilet papers for spare instead of one each day however the cleaner was very polite & asked questions before cleaning . I recommend when staying here , take one day to visit Koh Larn (photos attached) I recommend this hotel to everyone who visit Pattaya.

From the moment we arrived, our experience at Centara Pattaya was exceptional. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort, the room was immaculate with stunning views, and the amenities were top-notch.
