We stay with our small dog, it has to be on 9th floor. The bell boy was great with good assistance. The front desk reception, seems too busy to greet the guest (on Priority desk). Room is clean, blackout curtain, and mini bar is all inclusive. Our stay were good, did not try other service since pet is not allow to access.

Very good location which walking distance to the beach. Also nearby 2 shopping centre Terminal 21 & Central Marina.
Good hospitality by all level of staff especially the door man and the M Lounge at ground floor.

Came for a weekend getaway with my parents.
A) Grab drivers aren't familiar with the location of the hotel - a suggestion to the hotel Management to install a small signage at the beach road to facilitate drivers.
B) The check-in was smooth, will not expect anything less from accor group. Room was being upgraded, I do appreciate the kind gesture.
C) I suspect the toilet has lizard as I found dropping on my sleeping attire on 2nd night as I hang it inside the washroom. Not very pleasant experience there.
D) Went to have welcome drink the following day and the staff is attentive & thumbs up to her.
E) 1st night concierge personnel was very honest & kind advising me on what to and what not to go due to high taxi fare & distance.
F) The most unsatisfactory aspect was the last day while waiting for Grab driver, both concierge personnel kept asking me to use their taxi contact to the airport when I requested them to talk to the Grab driver. Grab was within the range of 300 to 500 bath while they offer 1,000 bath. After I've rejected, they don't seems to be happy and when the driver has arrived, they don't even bother to help moving our luggage up the car.
This is utterly unacceptable and I expect better treatment for hotel guests. I will think twice to come back to this hotel. And I've never experience the same in other accor group of hotels.

Located on the Beach Road ally makes it convenient to access. Has 711 adjacent to it. Rooms are clean. The only problem is the elevator. Too slow and wait time is long. They only have two of those, and one is kept shut, making the waiting worse! The size of the elevator is also small, making the experience bad with crowded inmates. Checkin and checkout is fast, and the pool and water splash is good.

Check in was quick and easy, and the staff were lovely.
The room was neat and clean with a lovely little balcony with a table and chairs.
Close proximity to a 7 Eleven (right out the front) and only a short walk to the beach and many things to see and do

Hotel located in the same area with Holiday Inn Hotel. 500 meters away from pattaya beach, surrounded with many convinient stores.

much fun for the children in and around their water world with sliders, water games and more. For adults an own pool with chaise long, umbrella and a pool bar

I am grateful about the honeymoon setting. Hope hotel also provide wine glasses for customers next time. Location of the hotel is good though can't see the sea.

I was extremely pleased with the service and the front desk staff. I had a letter from the manager with my name in the room specifying what i got offered additionally and which was quite good to see, i got a complimentary upgrade which was fantastic and overall the staff and front desk was very accommodating to requests and very polite.
Hotel location is great, near to the beach and near to the city marina centre.

Fantastic hotel - close to beach road. Great value for money. This was only my second time in a Mercure hotel (only other is the one in Schiphol) but was pleasantly surprised. Room very nicely decorated (appreciated free upgrade) w great amenities, service tops. I ll definitely return here on my next visit.
