XQ Pattaya Hotel

About 60 rooms, compact hotel but good size room decent length swimming pool, and a small gym.

Booked a deluxe room, which has a balcony. Room is new and clean.

Issue I encountered, the aircon is angled but still blows towards the bed, which could be quite cold.
And, housekeeping will place towels on the bed instead of placing it in bathroom.. High change of stepping out wet if forget to bring in towels.

I rarely write reviews, but I was genuinely looking forward to sharing my experience with this one. The location is perfect—you can easily access both sides of Pattaya. The street is quiet, with only hotels nearby, and it’s just a few minutes from the beach. Conveniently, there’s a 7-Eleven around the corner, a Starbucks, and Central Plaza, which offers street food and live music in the evenings.

The hotel itself is cozy, with great design and immaculate rooms. I particularly loved the subtle quotes displayed on the walls; they always had a clever and funny twist that added charm to the ambiance.

What truly made my stay exceptional, however, was the staff. From the doorman to the receptionists and housekeeping, every team member was incredibly courteous and eager to help. Their warm and attentive service really made me feel like I was receiving a 5-star treatment.

Modern clean rooms. Nice bathrooms and showers. Private balconies. The staff is very friendly and will go out of their way to get you anything you need. They even paid my laundry bill and held it for me when it was dropped off.

The hotel is very new and the location is very perfect.It only takes 300 meters to walk to Pattaya Beach. It is also very convenient to eat in Chinatown and watch shows at Tiffany. The hotel's hygiene is very clean, the bed and bath towels are of good quality, I am very satisfied

Stayed at this hotel for 12 days, and I verall a great experience. Location is very close to the beach and downtown Pattaya on a very quiet alley - plenty to do within walking distance. The staff are all extremely helpful, nice and polite. Hotel itself is immaculate and the breakfast is excellent. If we visit Pattaya again we will definitely be staying here.
