Sandy Spring Hotel

1. Drain holes have a terrible odor from the sewer 24/7, smells insanely.

2. Water is never hot, only lukewarm.

3. The bathtub has scratches.

4. During check out, they tried to find any excuse as possible to charge(they prounce char) more money, saying such there's something dirty on sheet and impossible to be washed cuz the front desk said they don't wash sheets(?). Or there's a beer opener (her accent was too strong that she thought our English was bad, prounced as "bee-open" then gave a poker face and sighed.) which has never shown in room during whole stay.

many time I stay hers with my husband , I aak service for glass qith ice for my drink, they not have for us, never ... why ??!! Just ice manager don't care or what ?

A Warning: Avoid Sandy Spring Hotel at All Costs
For years, I was a staunch advocate for Sandy Spring Hotel. I found solace within its walls and appreciated the staff who always seemed to make my stays memorable. However, I am now compelled to urge everyone: Do NOT stay at this hotel anymore.
My recent stay was marred by unbearable noise pollution due to ongoing construction activities. This incessant racket made it impossible to find any peace or rest, and yet, the hotel still had the audacity to charge a premium price for a miserable experience.
I attempted to rectify the situation by asking for a price adjustment to compensate for the unbearable noise levels. However, the manager gave me a dismissive shrug and said she "cannot help." Her reason? The owner is off gallivanting in the U.S., enjoying the spoils of our hard-earned money, while the staff here are left to slog away.
This blatant disregard for guest comfort, combined with an unwillingness to make even the smallest concession, is nothing short of appalling. Especially when you consider that I have been a loyal guest for many years.
The neglectful attitude of both the owner and the manager has shattered my trust and respect for Sandy Spring Hotel. It's clear that they are more interested in lining their pockets than in ensuring the well-being and satisfaction of their guests.
So, I reiterate: avoid Sandy Spring Hotel. There are plenty of other establishments that value their guests and offer a serene, comfortable stay—qualities that Sandy Spring has evidently abandoned.

Convenient location, near to beach, night life and restaurants in Pattaya. However the rooms are very dated. Cleanliness is so so, there’s odor in the room. Even the main door of the room has holes.
