I honestly wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. There are far better hotels nearby for the same price.
Hotel rooms are okay, staff is way too rude.
Most of the Staff doesn't understand english except reception staff.
They are rated 4 star rated hotel but in reality it's just 2-3 star category.
If there was one bad review about this hotel I checked before booking, it was this unjust deduction of deposit and that is exactly what happened.
Please do not book this, not worth the hassle!

But bed hard as wood. Even with mattress topper. Far walk to get to other building.
