My first time for Valentines dinner at the rooftop . Atmosphere is fantastic. The service team is excellent. Set menu is sumptuous. For sure we ‘ll be here again for some other special occasions.

5 star hotel? More like 4. Hotel is worn down and deprecated. Cannot recognize the positive reviews. The warm water is not warm enough to fill the bathtub. Luke warm at best. Stained sheets and really slow internet. Forget about streaming. Not soundproofed, so bring earplugs or listen to your neighbour's conversations. You can even hear light switches being turned on and off in the other rooms. Not recommended!

Excellent staff and hotel.. right across the beach. Joe was especially helpful. He is a gem and he made sure our stay was comfortable.
He arranged an eggless cake for my 2 year old kid on his birthday.
It's a hotel where the staff makes you feel at home. It's not your typical corporate big hotel where you are just a customer.
They have tie up with Bayview hotel for breakfast so we got to enjoy Indian breakfast every day.

Really enjoyed staying at The Wave for two nights. The balcony room overlooking the beach was a good size with a very comfortable bed, plus both shower and bath. The breakfast was outstanding. Great choice of western and Asian dishes. We chose a broad selection over the two mornings and every thing was first class. Really excellent. The only issue I had was location in that it is slap bang in the middle of busy central Pattaya. Now this may be a real positive for some people but for me it was very hectic once you stepped outside. But all in all a very good experience in the hotel.

Great location with sea view 50 meters from the beach, staff is very helpful and professional, the rooms also very nice with balcony to look at the sunset, one of the best burger I had since long time, thank's to the kitchen team. Have parking in front of the hotel, so easy check-in.
The general manager is hands on personality, always nice to meet her going around the premises. A place I recommend in the middle of the city.

This is classic style hotel meets fresh Thai modernity with the great location. Perfect seaviews from cozy bed and very kind staff teams Im in love with a la carte breakfast and variety menu. 💯👍👍👍

Just a fantastic hotel for the same money as a hilton or hardrock with the corporate indifference. Great staff, great location bang on beach road.
