Location: 46 km from the airport, on the West coast of Phuket, North of Patong, on a hill 150 m from the beach, access to the sea across the road.
Consists of nine 3-4-storey buildings.
The hotel has 200 rooms.
Beach: public sandy beach, 150 m from the hotel (2 coastline). Umbrellas, sunbeds, mattresses – for a fee. Between the hotel and the beach road runs.

There is a Shuttle to the beach and Jungceylon shopping centre.

The most amazing memorable stay !
We booked a family room with all inclusive and honestly it was the best thing we have done.
Food was beyond amazing so spoilt for choice ! The room was perfect for our family of 4.
Hotel had beautiful views with 3 lovely pools.
Service was great ! Always providing drinks by the pool.
All the staff were very friendly and helpful.
Day spa was lovely and clean and professional.
We will definitely be back

I have a very bad experience with them
1. Ants coming out from the wall and furniture and waking into my bed when I was sleeping
2. The breakfast it’s not that good, you can find outside restaurants better than the hotel
3. They take 7000BHT as a deposit when I checked in from my credit card, and the reception desk explained to me that it will return it to me when I check out but unfortunately when I go to check out they told me it will return to my credit card after 3 weeks.
4. The room next to me they smoke weed and the smell coming to my room.
The people there are very respectful and friendly but the hotel is not as you see in the pictures in any booking agency.

The location, ambiance, staff & facilities are satisfying.
However, the housekeeping can be better. The resort is aging. Needs to be upgraded soon. Breakfast was good but menu was repeated. So, when we are staying for a long period, might feel monotonous.
View from the Ocean view room is mesmerizing. But the balcony is built in such a way that doesn't feel that private (as we can clearly hear what other people are talking from the next balcony or from the upper balcony).
However, the location of the resort, the staffs & overall ambiance are really charming & should be appreciated.
A little bit tweaks can make this great resort to an amazing one.

We had an amazing stay. The rooms were clean, well maintained and we had a great dinner (lots of variety). The staff was extremely friendly. It was one of the best breakfast buffets we had in Thailand.
Pro tip : the room with access to the pool is really great and worth trying out.

The pros: pretty good location, close to beach, incredible views, nice and clean rooms, great pool area, good service, friendly staff, good value for money, good breakfast, shuttle up and down the steep entrance was much appreciated!
Areas for improvement: bad sewer smell when showering, pool-side menu could be improved (add Thai options, complimentary water would be nice), had some trouble communicating with restaurant staff because of not very good English. The restaurants were overall not great value so we often ate out.
Location was mostly good - family friendly area, great views, and a short walk to the beach. However you do have to cross a busy street to get most places and walk a little ways to get to other restaurant options. Hotel does offer a complimentary shuttle to the mall/main market area.

Great location. Quiet but close enough to the busy spots. Great breakfast and wonderful staff. Shuttle is available to take to down the hill or into town. Pool access rooms are so good :)

The resort is located very close to Patong beach. Therefore we could just walk down and enjoy the beach activities.
Also the rooms were spacious and clean. We booked a family room which was nice. The bunk bed for kids was nicely placed without cramping the room space.
Breakfast spread was also adequate and was perfect for guests of different nationalities.
Over all it was a nice experience.

Staying at this hotel felt like stepping into paradise. The tranquil forest ambiance combined with immaculate rooms boasting stunning sea views elevated the experience to another level. The service was exceptional, with attention to detail evident in every aspect, and the cleanliness standards were impeccable. Moreover, the strategic location added convenience to the overall stay. It was truly a delightful experience, and I eagerly anticipate the opportunity to return.

Amazing view. Three pools to choose from. Generally amazing staff. I feel it would be unfair to leave less than a 5 star review but there were some negatives from our stay here.
It's a bit out of the way so you will find that you will need taxi's/bolt. There is a shuttle service to the shopping centre but it doesn't run during lunchtime or dinner time for some odd reason.
A couple of interactions with the staff were a bit off. Arguing over our room service order? Although generally they were great.
The breakfast buffet was not inspired at all. There is so much amazing food in Thailand, just not here.
The rooms were rundown but we knew that going in.
Overall I don't regret staying here, but I don't think I will be back.

One of the hotels where it was really pleasant to stay in, you thought you entered heaven.
The forest atmosphere and the cleanliness of the hotel and the rooms with a sea view made the mood very good. The service and cleaning are really excellent and the location is very strategic.
