Büyük Hotel

Of the advantages:
1. Location. It is very convenient to get to the beach, there are many grocery stores and restaurants nearby.
2. Restaurants right in the building. On the first and fifth floors there are pleasant establishments, in one of which they invite you to breakfast, if it was included at check-in.
3. Cleaning. Every day a woman comes and cleans up all the dirt that could have swept from the balcony or us from the beach.

Of the cons:
1. INSECTS. During 7 days of staying at the hotel, we met 3 cockroaches and 2 beetles unknown to us. When we asked the hotel staff to change our room to another one, they refused and sent us a person who had to treat the room with disinfectants. But after that, the cockroaches and beetles did not disappear anywhere, there were even more of them. And the staff does not struggle with this in any way and does not pay attention to what the guests tell them. After such a vacation, we are afraid to bring cockroach larvae in our suitcases.
2. The room. The smell of sewage. The bathroom smells terrible of sewage and there is nothing to interrupt this smell. The door on the balcony is very difficult to close due to a malfunction of the mechanism. The balcony itself is very small, while it is unclear why to put large furniture on it, it is impossible to sit together. The ventilation is very dusty, so much so that its blades make noise due to pieces of dust. It will be difficult for people with allergies here. The air conditioner blows directly onto the bed and there is no blanket here, just a light blanket. No matter how hard you try to fix the situation by turning the air conditioner down/ up, or increasing the temperature multiple times, your back was blown out the first night anyway.

As in reality Hotel not so good!
Dirty room, dirty toilet and shower cabin - which you can’t close properly!
Cheap cosmetics;(
Uncomfortable pillows- making you sleep almost in seat position!
A/C placed against your bed, so you need to choose or catch cold, or sleep in wet and warm room!
Door to the balcony not closing tight, so there are zero sound insulation- hotel placed on the road - so forget about your sleep!

Service in restaurant - disgusting, no one will tell you good morning even!
No any choice of sausage or meat, all looks like expired;(

If you like sleeping, choose a another hotel, this one is really noisy hotel.

Breakfast restaurant is excellent, this is only thing that you could consider 4 stars. Lots to choose from and staff is super helpful and polite. Although "Coffee" is just brown water in there, but there is a café in downstairs where you can get real coffee.

Rooms looks nice, but renovation has been just cosmetic:
There is absolutely no sound isolation. It is next to heavy traffic street and even with earplugs, you can hear the cars. You can also hear the conversation from corridor and I guess it will be the same also in other way.

In "Do not disturb" sign the text is in English and I guess cleaners do not understand it, they just bang the door while you are sleeping. I woke for that and after couple hours I left and changed it to "Please clean my room", they didn't.

Bathroom smells funky(moldy), there is fan that should suck(dry) the air, but it is just making noise.
When I arrived, AC was blowing only hot air. They fixed that in next day. Few days later I did noticed(cleaner leaves balcony door open and if you return late in night it can be chilly) that it doesn't blow warm air anymore. They offered to repair it again, but I didn't want to take risk that it wouldn't cool anymore.
