Kandelor Hotel

PR Manager Gunel deserves a score of 10. Everything that is up to her and in her competence, she manages to solve and provide. Dedicated, kind and professional. The hotel is in an excellent location, 5 minutes' walk from the beach. The city center is also nearby. Food - something for everyone. The hygiene of the restaurant is debatable.

This is our second stay here. We were very pleased with the friendliness of the staff, delicious food and convenient location. There is a swimming pool on the hotel territory, which is very nice in hot weather 😅 The rooms are clean and cozy.

I was there with my family and fiance. Just couple of days ago. I really like it there. The atmosphere there was amazing. The crew there is amazing as well. Location of the hotel is good. Rooms are always clean. Everybody there has smile on their faces and even tho they are tired, they still do everything to make you feel like you are at home. I really had an amazing time there. I would really like to go back there again.

This hotel is amazing really. My fiance and me stayed for 8 days and we had a really good time. Hotel service is really good and really fast. Waiters always have a big smile and they are really fast with serving drinks. Rooms look really luxury, beds are really soft. Rooms have really big shower, overall rooms are AMAZING!!

All staff of this hotel is amazing but I have to meniton Sinan who was so wonderful and fun.

I give 5 star. I see lot of bad reviews, but I had a really good experience. Our room was really clean. The cleaner made an awesome job.
I'm very choose, but I found a delicious food every day. Everybody are amazing. Great food and a very friendly staff. Much better location than a 5 start hotel far away from the city. I'm sure if you are not a penny fu*ker, you will have a good holiday.

Excellent for a city hotel. The chef was especially pleased. Everything was very tasty, he always came over and asked if everything was okay. The bartender is a great guy, the waiter is quick, smiling and always cleared the table quickly. The reception will always answer questions. I liked it very much.

Quiet small hotel for a relaxing holiday. Clean, has everything you need. Friendly staff. The chef in the cap delights the children. There is absolutely no misery: a plumber came without calling, fresh juice was free, they gave 3 bath towels instead of 2. Nearby there is a children's playground. Tasty food. We'll come again.

We stayed at the Kandelor Hotel from 06/22/20-07/07/21. Has 2 identical bodies. The restaurant and reception are in the 1st building, but these are buildings nearby) 1) Reception: the staff at the reception are very nice, you can ask for any information! (They will tell you how to get to some place, where it is better to go, they even found a Turkish song for us, which we could not find! They will try to fulfill any of your requests!) and all your whims are fulfilled with a smile!) 2) Restaurant: I don’t even know how to describe...There is a chief cook there, who is simply a master of his craft! He does his job with such positivity! He approaches each guest and is interested, asks if he can bring something, cleans, helps the waiters. Simply a kind-hearted man! The food is amazing! There are no frills (rice, potatoes, stewed vegetables, several types of meat, soup, vegetables, and appetizers...desserts according to local traditions), but it is so deliciously prepared! It simply melts in your mouth!) There are cocktails and alcohol, of course, you can take during the day. The only negative is the coffee from the machine...so-so pleasure. But you can ask for Turkish coffee at the bar) In general, all the guys are great, polite, and the cook is their captain) 3) location: near the center of Alanya. The sea is just a stone's throw away. Bus stops are nearby (very convenient, you can get to any point; we went on some excursions ourselves by car for pennies). There are many shops and a clothing market nearby, and a park is also nearby. Grocery stores and a large gym are also nearby. Pharmacies and cosmetic stores are all around, there is even a gym nearby. In general, everything is at hand!!! The hotel has its own beach, well-groomed and clean. The location of the fire is shorter! Local residents also live nearby, and if you go a little deeper, you can really immerse yourself in local life. 4) room: room with a double bed (but we had 2 one-room apartments connected, not very convenient because they moved apart, but this is not in all rooms). The room was in the second building, on the 5th floor, with a view of the mountains!) It is very beautiful!! The view is amazing) Their chants are often heard, but not very loud (they can be heard everywhere). Personally, we really liked listening). The room is cleaned every day, but you have to ask for soap to be refilled. Overall we have the best impressions! Türkiye has conquered us! Insanely kind people, they put you at ease, sometimes you don’t even want to bargain with them, because they are so nice) . There are many places worth visiting, even without excursions. A very clean country with well-groomed plants and nice citizens! I recommend! You will not regret! Ps: bring regular white condensed milk in cans with you. There is no such thing here, but those who have tried it love it very much. It will definitely be a perfect gift for anyone! And there is someone to thank here!)

We were here for 10 days, absolutely wonderful experience!
All of the staff are super friendly and helpful. Rooms are cleaned daily, sheets and towels changed every time. Food was great, you had a different option every day, of course if you are staying longer than a week, some foods will repeat but nothing to complain about.
Highly recommend!
