Very good hotel for a short stay.
All inclusive - nice food 3 times a day, enough vegan and vegetarian options. Pool and gym included. Location is great - a lot of small shops nearby, beach is a few minutes walk.
Air conditioner works good, cools the room quickly, which is essential in such heat.
Disadvantages:
- internet is poor: low speed and unstable connection
- noice cancellation from the street is bad
Anyway, still great value for the money!

Nice hotel and staff. Located close to everything, except the Antalya airport, which is 1,5 hours away. Would recommend.

Large rooms, cleaning ladies are committed to their work. Air conditioning, refrigerator and dryer work well. The waiters were very nice, competent and accurate in their work. The food and drinks were very delicious. The hotel is located close to the beach, wifi works well ~ rapunzel :)

Our holiday at this hotel is coming to an end unfortunately but what a joy it was!🤩 everything was well organised and the location was the best you can find. I like to tell more about the food because that’s on soooo much higher level then I expected for an all inclusive! We picked this hotel because of reviews on good food, but I like to change that into excellent food! The kitchen crew puts in a lot of effort to make fresh and tasty dishes with a lot of variety each day. Also lunch and breakfast come with new options every day. Today extra luck because of a special holiday and for this occasion they made a lot of beautiful carved watermelons, added a cheesewheel, baklava and a lot more desserts. Loved every meal over here and hope to be back once again 🤩

Personnel speak English/German, very hospitable and friendly. Hotel is well equipped, but it is allowed to smoke on balcony - that’s a real disadvantage if you are not smoking.

This is our second time in Riviera. Proximity to the sea, food, massage - everything is excellent here. But I want to give special thanks to the staff. Guys, you are the best!

Low quality management service.
The managers is aggressive, try to charge for extra money, especially on spa.
The managers doesn't hear or support clients.
My last days on the hotel were under the pressure.
The bad lines is changed every 5 days.
Wish the owner will make a decision and checking the service of manager teams, especially reservation managers, guest relationships manager, spa manager, beach manager ( is a very aggressive and doesn't polite), they are aggressive and doesn't professional.

My stay in Riviera Hotel was one of the best experience I have ever had! Everyone there is friendly and helpful. Buffet was full of different options so everyone can choose something suitable for themselves. Rooms are clean and spacious. Hotel located close to the Big Bazaar, with nice beach in front. If you planning to stay in Alanya you won’t regret choosing this hotel! Recommend a lot!

Great place to relax. Pensioners from Germany, Norway and other countries. respectively quiet, calm, dietary, but delicious cuisine. Elite vacation just some. The hotel itself has the best location of all hotels, which are many along the coast. The only downside was...we were a little bit against the hotel rules :-)
