The hotel is a few steps from Taksim Square, which is very convenient. We stayed for 5 days as a family. The staff is very friendly and helpful. We booked half board (breakfast and dinner). The breakfast is a buffet. For dinner, there are limited options. The food was delicious. The view from the rooftop is beautiful.

Amazing hotel, very close to Taksim square only 2 mins walk. Breakfast was limited but not an issue had loads of options outside on your doorstep. Staff are very attentive, iron is available on request, the staff will bring it to you in mins unlike some hotels where you have to keep calling. Rooms are big with high ceiling. Very well maintained hotel.

Good and family friendly, we chose a half board option, but dinner was not a buffet and had limited options. A good choice of breakfast. The hotel staff were friendly, especially Kadir, who was awesome. The hotel is just next to Taksim square, but the roads around were steep.

The hotel itself is beautiful, from the rooms we stayed at which was the taksim french view on the 4th floor, the service from the staff and the breakfast! Just beautiful and super close to the main attraction like Istiklal street to galata tower to galata port.
However the room we stayed at was so noisy at night, we couldn’t get a good night sleep even though the bed was wonderful and the room itself was magnificent.
I would definitely stay there again but in a separate room that is quieter perhaps.

Recently stayed for 1 week at AKKA Lush and enjoyed our stay. Because we booked through their website we took advantage of their promotion of complimentary 1-way transfer to the airport. Highlights:

We had a great meal and the young lady serving us Zeynep was delightful. The cappuccino and dessert was well worth the flights. Zeynep made every effort to make sure she understood our orders, she was exceedingly patient in helping us navigate the language barrier as e both used our translators ( which still didn’t get it exactly right). In the end, we enjoyed a great quiet evening in the rooftop restaurant. Istanbul is a gem and so was Zeynep.

I had the best time staying at Akka Lush Hotel. Located right in the center of Taksim Square, it offers the perfect spot for exploring the vibrant heart of Istanbul. The room was impeccably clean, and the staff were exceptional in their communication, making everything so easy and pleasant.
One of the highlights of my stay was the breakfast buffet. I enjoyed it every day, and it was consistently amazing. The menu changed daily, offering a wonderful variety of delicious options. The staff were all incredibly kind and attentive, with a special mention to Oguzcan. He went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed, always warm and welcoming, making me feel truly special.
I would definitely come back to Akka Lush Hotel next time I'm in Istanbul.

Excellent hotel in Taksim Square. The staff is excellent and very friendly, and plus they speak English. I had breakfast with this hotel everyday and the food was amazing. If I ever go to Istanbul again, I am choosing this hotel.

I have a lot of good stuff to say about this hotel and one that ruined the whole impression.
Location is great. People that work in the hotel are extremely friendly. It is very clean.
Breakfast is very good. Sauna is ok and free of charge.
And than the noise. I never visited louder place than this. We brought ear plugs but we could hear the music like we are in the night club even with them. The whole room is trembling from night clubs until 2am. I think no one can sleep under this conditions unless he/she is extremely drunk or high. I was so tired after 4 nights that I just wanted to go home and sleep.
We tried to speak to reception and change the room but they told us that every room is the same (I don’t think so because ours was directly across the entrance of night club). I just didn’t think this is even possible, noise over 55db with closed windows and vibrations.

I have stayed in this hotel 5 days. It was my 2-nd trip in Istanbul. These 5 days were super magical for me and my friend. Cleanless, breakfast, staf, attantion, location - all of them was high level. Thank you for everything. I will back soon 🤗
