We had a great meal and the young lady serving us Zeynep was delightful. The cappuccino and dessert was well worth the flights. Zeynep made every effort to make sure she understood our orders, she was exceedingly patient in helping us navigate the language barrier as e both used our translators ( which still didn’t get it exactly right). In the end, we enjoyed a great quiet evening in the rooftop restaurant. Istanbul is a gem and so was Zeynep.

I had the best time staying at Akka Lush Hotel. Located right in the center of Taksim Square, it offers the perfect spot for exploring the vibrant heart of Istanbul. The room was impeccably clean, and the staff were exceptional in their communication, making everything so easy and pleasant.
One of the highlights of my stay was the breakfast buffet. I enjoyed it every day, and it was consistently amazing. The menu changed daily, offering a wonderful variety of delicious options. The staff were all incredibly kind and attentive, with a special mention to Oguzcan. He went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed, always warm and welcoming, making me feel truly special.
I would definitely come back to Akka Lush Hotel next time I'm in Istanbul.

Excellent hotel in Taksim Square. The staff is excellent and very friendly, and plus they speak English. I had breakfast with this hotel everyday and the food was amazing. If I ever go to Istanbul again, I am choosing this hotel.

I have a lot of good stuff to say about this hotel and one that ruined the whole impression.
Location is great. People that work in the hotel are extremely friendly. It is very clean.
Breakfast is very good. Sauna is ok and free of charge.
And than the noise. I never visited louder place than this. We brought ear plugs but we could hear the music like we are in the night club even with them. The whole room is trembling from night clubs until 2am. I think no one can sleep under this conditions unless he/she is extremely drunk or high. I was so tired after 4 nights that I just wanted to go home and sleep.
We tried to speak to reception and change the room but they told us that every room is the same (I don’t think so because ours was directly across the entrance of night club). I just didn’t think this is even possible, noise over 55db with closed windows and vibrations.

I have stayed in this hotel 5 days. It was my 2-nd trip in Istanbul. These 5 days were super magical for me and my friend. Cleanless, breakfast, staf, attantion, location - all of them was high level. Thank you for everything. I will back soon 🤗

Noise isolation isn’t efficient enough. You can hear street noise as well as kids crying in the room next to you. There’s no cool A/C option only heat, and if you open the window, you’ll be fully exposed to nearby buildings which are very close.
Service is great. Very nice breakfast with superb service from Zeynep who made our day everyday at breakfast with perfectly made hot beverages and hospitality.
Customer service representative does her best to make your stay as good as possible and tailors everything to your needs.
All of staff can speak English (a rare thing in turkey).
The location is near bus stations and public transportation as well as the heart of the city
No private parking.

We stayed here for 5 nights. The location is very good. The housekeeping services are also very good especially Nuran who is ever smiling and ready to help. The staff is courteous.

- Before they upgrade the room for us the room cuz we are customer .. i think for the breakfast they should extend the time until 11 or 11:30

We didn’t stay here, however today we (2 obvious tourists) were standing on the public street beside, but not blocking the steps the hotel, talking and someone came out and rudely shooed us away. The sidewalk is not hotel property! People are free to stand on the sidewalk to check directions for a minute. In the maximum 2 minutes we were standing near the hotel, did anyone attempt to come in or out. I would never recommend a hotel that treats anyone so terribly- guest or not. Imagine if we were guests about to enter or something- what a horrible welcome.
I hope you enjoy your free and clear sidewalk and hope you seriously consider how you treat people on public property in the future.
