The stay is very wonderful and comfortable, the cleanliness is very high, and all the staff are very professional and classy. I would like to thank everyone, but especially ceryen . There is also a girl at the reception, but I seem to have forgotten her name, and also Başar, Vedat, and Yazan, for their hospitality and also for their constant understanding. A very wonderful experience, and I advise everyone to choose it because it is a place close to all places and transportation is available close to it. In the end, we had a problem with the room reservations, and they responded to us in an excellent way and provided us with a room that met our requirements and better, and this is a very wonderful thing from their management. I wish you peace and success .

Great reception, the staff are friendly and helpful, our room had a mind blowing view, was clean and had everything we wanted. The hotel is in a vibrant location in walking distance to places of interest, food and transport. Thank you so much for the hospitality and service and knowledge.

My mother and I stayed in room 606 for two nights, and the view of the Galata Tower from our room was breathtaking. The breakfast was fantastic and offered a beautiful view as well. The service was exceptional, and I would rate it more than five stars. The receptionists, both during the morning and night shifts, were incredibly helpful. The housekeeping staff, especially the lady who provided us with extra water, were very kind. The bellboy named Sanli was exceptionally friendly and accommodating. Lastly, I would like to express my gratitude to the hotel for assisting me in booking a private van for the round trip from the airport to the hotel, as I was concerned about taxi scams in Istanbul. If I have the opportunity to visit Istanbul again, I will definitely return to this hotel. I kindly request that you maintain the same high standards of quality for future guests.

Excellent hotel with nice views of the golden horn or the galata tower. The staff was super friendly and helpful. Breakfast is amazing on the rooftop of the hotel right next to this one. Really recommend!

This is one of the best hotels I have stayed in. Firstly the food was great and the view of the Bosporus was impeccable. The hospitality was super because the were always smiling. Sefa and green were always helping us with everything.

Not only did the staff ( Eyup ) provide exceptional service with a warm and welcoming attitude, but they also went out of their way to assist us with the language barrier, making our stay even more enjoyable.

The hotel's location was convenient for exploring the city, and the room was both comfortable and well-equipped. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Istanbul for its outstanding service and hospitality.

Fantastic Anniversary Stay at The Haliç Hotel Karaköy

We stayed at The Haliç Hotel Karaköy for our anniversary and were delighted with our choice. Our room offered stunning views of the Galata Bridge, New Mosque, and other landmarks. It was spacious with a separate drawing room, a small dining table, a TV, and all necessary amenities. We were welcomed with a food basket and drinks, which was a lovely touch.

The staff was incredibly helpful, providing great tour recommendations and answering all our questions. The friendly hotel cat with her golden brass engraved tag added to the charm.

The breakfast on the rooftop was amazing, with perfect views of Istanbul. We also enjoyed a delightful dinner at the hotel, complete with the local drink Raki.

The location is superb, just a short walk from the Golden Horn and the metro, making it easy to explore Istanbul. We highly recommend The Haliç Hotel Karaköy for its views, hospitality, and convenient location.

The hotel has a unique roof top restaurant where you will be served the breakfast every morning with a view of golden horn.
M2 metro line & Haliç metro station is just five minutes walking from the hotel.
Near the metro, there is a small park overlooking to the golden horn.
This is a “must stay hotel” Istanbul.
