We recently stayed at this hotel during our visit to Istanbul and couldn't have been more pleased with our choice.

Not only did the staff ( Eyup ) provide exceptional service with a warm and welcoming attitude, but they also went out of their way to assist us with the language barrier, making our stay even more enjoyable.

The hotel's location was convenient for exploring the city, and the room was both comfortable and well-equipped. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Istanbul for its outstanding service and hospitality.

Fantastic Anniversary Stay at The Haliç Hotel Karaköy

We stayed at The Haliç Hotel Karaköy for our anniversary and were delighted with our choice. Our room offered stunning views of the Galata Bridge, New Mosque, and other landmarks. It was spacious with a separate drawing room, a small dining table, a TV, and all necessary amenities. We were welcomed with a food basket and drinks, which was a lovely touch.

The staff was incredibly helpful, providing great tour recommendations and answering all our questions. The friendly hotel cat with her golden brass engraved tag added to the charm.

The breakfast on the rooftop was amazing, with perfect views of Istanbul. We also enjoyed a delightful dinner at the hotel, complete with the local drink Raki.

The location is superb, just a short walk from the Golden Horn and the metro, making it easy to explore Istanbul. We highly recommend The Haliç Hotel Karaköy for its views, hospitality, and convenient location.

To be honest, every staff in the hotel is “super nice, friendly & professional”!!
I would have written everyone’s name here if I could have remembered.
In short, they will all make you fall in love with the country & the nation.
The hotel has a unique roof top restaurant where you will be served the breakfast every morning with a view of golden horn.
M2 metro line & Haliç metro station is just five minutes walking from the hotel.
Near the metro, there is a small park overlooking to the golden horn.
This is a “must stay hotel” Istanbul.

Nice hotel located in Kardakoy, Istanbul. It's located within walking distance of the metro and the Galata Tower.

Really enjoyed staying here with stunning views of the bridge from the roof top restaurant and the room. Very close walking distance to Galata tower. All staff were very friendly and the woman in reception was always happy to help out. Room was perfect and cleaned every day.
We will definitely be coming back to stay here again.

I had a awful experience with a taxi driver really needed a coffee and to feel safe. I asked at reception and they told me where it was available the bell boy carried my case and left me at lift I had already told them I was not their guest . All the staff I met were really very helpful and I really just want to say thank you for your service and help today it is greatly appreciated. I had not mentioned the incident to any of the staff.

What a great experience we had at this hotel. We received the best service. We needed to check out early and therefore, would miss the breakfast so they offered to make us some sandwiches. It is a very nice attention at 5AM to have a little lunch ready for you.

The hotel is in a good location, and it is a great hotel. The roof top restaurant had stunning views. Serkan, is there every evening and within a day will know your favorite drink. The location of the hotel is ideal for touring the area, because it is near the waterway if you want a tour of the Bosphorus, and very close to the metro station. Within walking distance to other sites. The hotel room is ample and the shower is huge with all the water pressure you could want. I highly recommend it, on your tourist visit to Istanbul.
