Superb location, close to main attractions and most things a short walking distance. Excellent staff and service. Aisha is a very high.level professional. The hotel is clean and everything is kept to a good standard. Good breakfast options. Fantastic reasonably priced rooftop restaurant with great views of the city. Good base to explore from and metro station 5 mins away and an abundance of restaurants, travel agencies for trips and sweet shops. A gem of a hotel for a couple, we will definitely come back!

I have staying at this hotel 4 nights, one of the best things is the location that is close to all attractive places in Sirkeci. The staff here are friendly, nice, helpful, and they are taking care of the residents from arriving till leaving. The breakfast is limited. The rooms are small and furniture are too old. The price is euro 182/ night for family room which is good for this type of room.

A very nice little hotel, in a quiet street; off the main road. Great transport links, and lovely nearby restaurants. The hotel staff are always so helpful, heated pool and spa, which is not common in hotels of this size. Breakfast misses the wow factor but this made up by the meze during the hours of 2-6pm. Comfy beds, spacious and clean rooms.

Exceeded our expectations. Our room is exactly as described, water pressure in the shower is excellent, staff are all very attentive and helpful, location is a short walk to all the old city attractions. It's a very clean, well maintained, independent hotel. Breakfast had a very good variety of hot and cold options all freshly made. Highly recommend this hotel.

It is truly a gem in the historic side of Istanbul. Excellent location, plenty of breakfast options, wonderful rooftop restaurant, most of all service and attention to guests is what makes this place so awesome. The people working here are very friendly and the rooms are cosy, clean and spacious. Would recommend it to anyone.

It should be made clear that the terace (roof) is not for breakfast, and it should be booked the same as any other roof dinner in any other hotel. Showers very old and part of it does not work, experience from moving to two rooms. Some rooms very small for two people, no place for Bages or to pray. Rooms does not looks like the one on the photos as all. Room service forgot to put gown for shower. It is not a good experience and I would not recommend it to others

+ Both metro, tramway and railway station are very close Good breakfast. Bed was fine, and very clean room Very clean Super friendly. Restaurant on the roof was excellent with good food, amazing views and nice staff- Everything was fine for a very reasonable price. How can I begin this review? Let me tell you that I have never been in a hotel with such a high level of "personal touch". They will always look for ways of helping the guests. For example, I was given an istanbulkart for free just because I said that I wanted to use the Tram. Also, when I asked whether it was possible for a late checkout, they let me stay a few hours more than normal without extra charges (true, this is low season). Buffet breakfast is extraordinary. And they prepared some free vegetables, soup and hot plates for lunch time, again for free! They have a wonderful sauna, turkish bath and small swimming pool downstaires. Staff is always smiling at you! Rooms are clean and windows are soundproof (early prayers are heard but not so loud as outside). I would love to come back to Istanbul and stay in the same hotel.

Great location. Lovely hospitality..and great breakfast and lunch. Could do better with lighting as no terrace lighting at night and the spa is not lit up either. Scared my two year old nephew. Also ac could be better. Otherwise overall nice stay.
