The location is good. It is very convenient for traveling. But the weird thing is that there are three mirrors on the TV background wall. The left and right two are double-sided mirrors. That is, the mirrors that can be peeped. The middle mirror is a normal mirror. It is recommended to be cautious when staying.

Good location, very friendly...
Unfortunately we had the same breakfast every day!
We even asked about missing butter while the employee was scrolling.
In the bathroom we could only change the water from hot to cold with force, because of the calcified (probably) faucet.
The hairdryer turned off by itself after 5 minutes, so I could only dry half of my hair.
This hotel definitely does not deserve 5 stars.

They put us in a room with no view, even with a view of the basement! Although we paid for an improved room with a beautiful view! They said we paid for a regular standard room! Who is to blame? The aggregator or the hotel? But they changed it the next day, but the view is still not the same as in the photo when choosing

Hotel is in excellent location- right next to the blue mosque and Hagia Sophia. Good breakfast selection. Nice size room. Bathroom is not ideal. The shower faucet was broken and we needed to let front desk know about it twice in order for them to correct it. Also water was not hot enough. Overall an ok stay.

The hotel is in the historical part of Istanbul, 2 minutes and you are in Sultanahmet. We were not lucky with the view, the windows were overlooking the courtyard (it is better to take a view of the city).
It is really missing if not a swimming pool, then at least a small SPA center.
It should also be taken into account that a taxi cannot drive up to the hotel, since there is a pedestrian zone, you either have to walk with a suitcase to the intersection, or order a buggy from the hotel to take you there.

Location is 10☆ and the service was wonderful. We really enjoyed the breakfast here every morning. People went out of their way to make sure you were happy. They decorated our room beautifully on my birthday and left a delishious piece of bday cake for me❤️

A perfect honeymoon treat!

This hotel is a gem for anyone wanting to explore the Istanbul old town. The location is literally 5 min away from the Hagia Sofia, Cisterns and the palace. We could walk everywhere on foot.

There are plenty of amazing food places around, so our stay was the wonderful balance between exploration and leisure. And after dinner we could walk around the neighbourhood and would be a short walk away from home.

There is also public transport around for anyone wanting to venture further.

The rooms and service was superb! Everyone in the hotel really cared about our time here, especially Sevda and Mirac always treated us with a smiling face and catered to all our needs.

I strongly recommend this place for anyone wanting to stay in the centre of historical Istanbul.

My cousin stayed at this hotel and had their bags stolen from their room. The hotel staff were rude and disrespectful and claimed to not know where the bags were, despite when looking at the cameras you can see the cleaner walk out with the bag. The hotel staff took no responsibility over their staff who had clearly taken the items and decided to try and make excuses rather than trying to solve the problem. I would never recommend anyone to stay at this hotel. Stay away. Keep your money and spend it on a more reputable hotel.
