Great hotel for exploring Istanbul!
Boutique hotel with clean room and bathrooms. Very close to all the sights in the old city and easily accessible to the tram.
Breakfast was basic but sufficient, lack of options for gluten free and vegan though.
Staff are great, always on hand to help.
Would recommend and would stay here again when back in Istanbul.

Very friendly, helpful staff with good energy made for perfect holidays in the heart of the city, where everything is within reach. I felt safe. We slept in a room with a balcony where you have a view all the way to the sea.
The room was very clean, modernly furnished, smelled very nice. Breakfast in the garden was the best way to start the day.
We also used their transfer, which brought us safely from the airport to the hotel and back. I wish that your story will be a success story and that we will see each other again on occasion. Thank you for everything.

I’m so impressed by this hotel!! Fabulous location right in the heart of old Istanbul - less than 5 mins walk to Aya Sofia and the Blue Mosque, 12 mins walk to the Grand Bazaar. Hotel itself is modern, ultra clean and hosted by the most wonderful members of staff. Thank you so much for your hospitality. I hope to visit again!

Our experience at alilass was so lovely! I came with my mother to stay for 5 days and I couldn’t have asked for better service. The hotel staff were the highlight of our stay-they really treat you like family, every place they recommended to us was worth going to/eating at. They truly care about making your experience as enjoyable and comfortable as possible, no bad energy from them at all. The breakfast in the garden was always something we looked forward to every morning and now we miss it after our holiday is over.
Location wise, it’s perfect if you want to be in the heart of the main attractions as it was a 5 min walk to hagia sofia, blue mosque and topkapi palace, as well as 10-15mins from the bosphorous river. There’s also a tram stop near hagia sofia.
Only thing I’d say is the room was a bit smaller than we expected but otherwise everything else was so good, we didn’t mind. Also the restaurant owners in the area were a bit persistent for you to eat at their restaurants but you get used to that haha!
I recommend this place if you want to be taken care of

We recently stayed at Alilass and our entire trip was wonderful. The room was clean and modern. Their breakfast was a delight and they were attentive to what our needs were. Highly recommended this hotel which is conveniently located to the Blue Mosque and all major historical sights.

Our stay for 5 nights during Christmas week at Hotel Alilass was absolutely amazing - Rooms are very comfortable - enjoyable and felt very homely. Great service and the team/staff were wonderful and friendly. Special thanks to Ms Gozde, Abbas, Deniz and All the staff who were very helpful and supportive and they really took good care of us like a family ........the breakfast set up by the garden is the highlight of our stay with huge selection which made our morning bright and energetic to start our day........Absolutely a Great Location, few mins of walk to all major attraction. Highly Highly recommend for all and if you want a cozy real authentic Turkish experience this is the place to Go !!

me and my sister stayed here for the weekend. it’s a really good and affordable hotel in the historical district. super close to the important monuments. highly suggest if you’re going to istambul for the first time.

We were very tired upon arrival and Gozde and Abbas were so helpful to us in ordering in food. They were also so very friendly. The hotel was in a great location too.

The location is convenient, walking distance to attractions and tramway. A lot of restaurants nearby.
The room is a bit small but tidy and comfortable.
Staffs are very friendly and helpful.
Breakfast is good, Turkish style breakfast.
