Fantastic experience, lovely room and Gülhan is a great person. Situated very close to the historical area, 5 minutes from the tram line which you can use to explore Istanbul. I will definitely stay at this hotel when I go to Istanbul again.

We had a wonderful stay at Louis apartments Galata. Location is perfect, only a few hundred meters from Galata towers. Many bars and restaurants around the area. Taksim is about 25 min by walk and so is sultanahmet. Rooms are clean and tidy and spacious. Shower is amazing too. What an incredible stay! We loved the room and the service was incredible - so helpful with recommendations, serving coffee and water upon arrival as well as keeping the AC on for us to get up to a cool room. Halal helped us with everything! Very walkable and so clean.

We had a such great experience to stay in Louis Appartements. The location is great, the staff are even greater and very helpful. They helped us everything from our luggage delivery (unfortunately our luggage missed the flight) timely to how to take the public transportation, taxi reservation etc. We strongly recommend it if you go to Istanbul.

Family running hotel, female staff except receptionist owner. Loyal and humble staff, your belongings are safe here, you can ask any information and they will help you out. Cheaper prices and good breakfast at this price.

It was cheap... for the price more than what I expected. Speaking Russian👍helped. Staff super friendly. Even got a present of set of little plates and spoons for tea and half a kilo of tea. Welcoming, clean. They called my taxi and every time when saw me invited for a cup of tea. Good experience.

Hotel is located well. The inside was terrible. This is the hotel that put up old pictures or else, because it was trashy, old and was giving a feeling of dirtiness This is not what I was booking and I was really disappointed in this one. I had no place to go and it was already paid, so I decided to stay. Never coming back there and would not recommend it to anyone!

Beautiful room in a nice hotel. The stuff was very friendly (I think his name was Nemo or Meme). The room is huge, with a small kitchen and TV. Everything was spotlessly clean. The location is near to the subway, but the neighbourhood its not as pretty as you will expect, I was told that is not the best place to be walking during the night.

It is a hotel which is situated in the heart of old City in fatih district. Simple yet a good choice for family. Metro and tram stations are in good walking range. Great location. We had an issue at arrival, they upgraded our room, but room ac was not working and the bathroom shower was clogged. The location is good, it is near Galata Tower which is a beautiful tourist attraction. It is close to many good cafes and restaurants. The workers here are very helpful and friendly. The only downsides is that the rooms are slightly small. You have to use stairs to get to the rooms and while they do have an elevator, it is small and may be inaccessible for wheelchair users or the elderly.

Beautiful hotel and the host was Fatima was very hospitable!! Our family loved our stay at your hotel. The only drawback were the really long staircase walk to our room. We had really heavy luggage which had to be carried by helpers. If this thing could be improved then that’d be absolutely great! Thanks again!

I highly recommend this hotel as I really enjoyed with my wife n kids there. Fatma the attendant looked after my family very well and helped us in every single possible way. Fatma is very hard working and organised. Very close to local shops and tourist places.

Excellent hospitality. Central location. Access to everything is very easy - blue mosque, grand bazar and the lot at walking distance. Excellent tube connection Tamar and Mehmet were very helpful and let us check out late without any charge (went the extra mile to organise this).
