Superb value! Centrally located hotel - walking distance to trams and attractions. The only downside is that we were assigned a room that’s different from the expected room type (the window type in the 3rd photo)

Good location, really is old city there near every thing, good stuff and helpful, speak English And I feel every day have meetings in hole there 😂😂 But nice Thanks for help there and i used the clup house there is nice and have soft drink and coffee and some snacks

I just had a great stay at the Crowne Plaza Hotel! The location is fantastic, making it super easy to explore historic places and local bazaars. The staff were super friendly and made us feel right at home

Staff were amazing and made us feel really welcomed everyday even when checking in at 2am. breakfast was good and had a good range not great but had enough to fill us up

Nice hotel with good sized 3 beds rooms. A small nice outdoor swimming pool was really nice for kids to enjoy. Minutes away from all the historic Istanbul attractions.

The location of the hotel was amazing - less than 5 minute walk to Blue mosque. Everything was within walking distance. Amenities included were great too.

It was our honeymoon and we got a free upgrade from Attic room to the deluxe double room which was absolutely gorgeous and spacious with an amazing view to the blue mosque from our balcony, the breakfast was included and the buffet would change everyday, the staff was amazing, friendly and extremely helpful from the receptionist, the waitresses, the housekeeper to the concierge! The spa was a delight...

We booked 3 rooms here for 8 nights and we had an amazing time! The staff went above and beyond to say the least. Yasin, Daminda, and the rest of the staff at breakfast were all amazing

He was always smiling and did not hesitate to provide any assistance at all times. The hotel staff upgraded our stay to a suite and furnished and decorated it for free just because they knew we were on a honeymoon

The highlight of my stay was definitely the suite – it was spacious and had a large balcony with a privileged view of a beautiful mosque, which made the experience truly special

I also had the chance to try the hotel restaurant for dinner, and the food was very good. Overall, I really enjoyed my time here and would recommend it to anyone looking for comfort and a great view

Don’t forget valuable things inside the room! Wallet went missing from our room, spent half day to report it to police, to avoid that just be careful, we weren’t

The room is really clean, they will clean the room everyday. It'll even better if they give up some more amemities and nicer shampoo and conditioner

If you want to weigh your bags, they will bring you the weighing scale to your room and that thing is heavy, it's very near to all designer shops, a walk to the Grand Bazaar, The blue mosque, Beyazit square and most of the tourist attractions

This hotel is a 20 out of 10 for me for one reason and one reason only, the customer care of the concierge team. Especially Abubaker, his smile can literally light up a room

The rooms are clean and comfortable and the rooftop pool is the perfect way to cool down and relax. Every member of staff we saw was lovely and friendly

I went outside to get something to eat. There were plenty of options nearby. After 45 minutes, I came back and asked if it was ready – tada, my room was ready. I was able to get to my room about an hour earlier

I arrived very early and asked if I could check in. The receptionist checked and said that unfortunately my room wasn't ready yet. I should leave my suitcase at the reception and make myself comfortable

The Hotle is amazing good locations every thing you can get around bus and train 1 minute walk nice breakfast staff very friendly specially staff called Mohamed very helpful clean and very peaceful

I don't understand some of the reviews. You can see from the photos that the hotel is older, and you can't expect every hotel to be renovated every year. The service at the reception was great

I didn't use many of the hotel's services, but from what I noticed in the lobby: The staff always made an effort, giving tours for guests, and not intrusively, which I was used to elsewhere

We had a beautiful room with private terrace and jacuzzi tub. The jacuzzi was the perfect way to end long days sightseeing. The staff would clean and fill and jacuzzi for our arrival back to the hotel each day

We had a room with a bath on the terrace and view on the Galata. Everything was great, nothing to complain  Rooms are clean and convenient, service is great. Wifi is fast, so you can work easily.

Then the light in the closet was always on and would not go out by itself. Service: The service was very timely. After I told them about the problem with the light the next day, it was fixed

The hotel is 200m away from the cross-sea bridge. You can experience the sudden enlightenment by walking. Souvenirs were given on Women's Day. You can also walk to Independence Avenue!

this was such an amazing stay!! we had amazing service, the second you ask something, they come running to help! they were simply amazing, everyone is so kind and friendly and helped us finding cool places to stay and fun things to do around the area, especially the included breakfast two of the workers Ezel and Dilek were INCREDIBLE the first day my parents ordered Cappuccino and tea and the next...

The rooms are irregular due to the renovation of the old building. The tower view terrace room is especially not recommended (the small terrace is shaded and you can't see the strait)

We asked for two room cards, one of which stopped working on the second day, but that was quickly fixed by reception. We also realized that one card worked better for turning the room 'on' than the other card

One would always 'disconnect' and turn the electricity off, so that took a bit of trial and error. Calling reception wasn't always productive, unfortunately

So everything is available very quick and is in front of your door

A lovely hotel - super aesthetic, and you can tell it's full of culture. We arrived around 2 am, tired as expected, and the receptionist was just wonderful

But, I came across the sous chef on more than one occasion and he was a delight. There was one waiter who was also lovely, and chatted to me about where I was from and how interested he was in the Spanish language

What impressed me most is the fantastic view from the 7th floor to old town where breakfast was served. There is also a good restaurant on the 1st floor, but take note that portions are really too big for one person

In the bathroom we could only change the water from hot to cold with force, because of the calcified (probably) faucet. The hairdryer turned off by itself after 5 minutes, so I could only dry half of my hair

They put us in a room with no view, even with a view of the basement! Although we paid for an improved room with a beautiful view! They said we paid for a regular standard room! Who is to blame? The aggregator or the hotel? But they changed it the next day, but the view is still not the same as in the photo when choosing

Hotel located in the Fatih area, close to the metro and tram station. The room was clean, the towels were changed daily, cleaning was done daily. It has a rooftop restaurant with a panoramic view of the city

Our room overlooked the highway which did have some road noise 24 hours but kept windows closed and did not stop restful sleep in on a solid comfortable bed. Daily housekeeping kept our room spic and span
