ARTI BOUTIQUE HOTEL

This is the most terrible hotel I've ever been to, they snatched a bottle of good whiskey in our room and proved that no one took anything, they had cockroaches in their hotel that were poisoned when we were there. We were cheated out of a sum of money. The hotel is old, the staff is disgusting. We paid the money three times and after lunch we were told to pay again

WORST HOTEL OF World. Cigarette smell everywhere in the room. People smokes everytime. Worst condition of room, tried miserably to renovate the hotel but failed. Just look at cleanliness of the room.

The guy at the desk was nice and helped us switch rooms when the original was pretty smelly. We didn't know it was a smoke friendly hotel. My husband and I booked this last minute but we should have done more research.
We felt completely unsafe all night. We got in very late at night (like almost midnight). If it wasn't so late, we would have walked away. The rooms all reeked of cigarette smoke and were covered in cigarette burns. We could still shake our door even after using every lock and putting a door stopper in!
The kicker was when a lady called our room at 3am and solicited my husband for sex. Lol, we had no clue this was that kind of hotel and it explains why we were constantly waking up to doors every hour and hearing people yelling every time. We checked out as soon as we could in the morning. Not the experience we were looking for.

I came to book this hotel by a mistake and went down there to give it a try. OMG 😑 The worst hotel one can ever expect, bad smell, bad service, angry personal. The man in the reception could not speak English when we first arrived but he could speak fluent English when we chosen to leave the hotel after a few minutes we arrived. Unbelievable. 🤮🤮

The worst hotel... I don't recommend it. Mess, noise all night, the smell of cigarettes in the room... terrible, and the staff even worse.

Not clean, horrible smell of cold smoke everywhere, felt sick at night. Room so hot that my nose bled.
POTENTIALLY NOT SAFE: during the night, I heard some girls having intercourse... at first I thought well it's a hotel... but at 6am I was awaken by a man shouting and banging at all the doors, trying to open them.
I booked 2 nonrefundable nights, ran away after one night.
Shame I didn't check recent Google reviews. They seem to have changed since the covid hit.
