The rooms are ok. Mr Can at the front desk is very helpful and funny person.
Breakfast buffet is in the premises of the price even though I spent 11 nights, the woman who served never replied to my thanks and good mornings.

Below average even for a 3 star hotel.

Very bad experience. We got a room that smelled of nicotine. We paid for the transfer twice as much as the usual price. Rude staff. Dirty Hotel and the stench of nicotine, I really do not recommend anyone to stay here. I paid full price and left the hotel immediately.

We got a room that smelled of nicotine. The ashtray stands in the middle of the room, which is otherwise without a balcony. Rude welcome last night and insolent behavior. No sound insulation. Moisture and mold everywhere. All in all, we left the Hotel, regardless of the fact that it was paid in advance for 10 days.

The hotel is fine, the only negative is that there is a party place next door that it is impossible to sleep until the party ends in the place, the rest is fine

👎 Not recommended at all, better pay a bit more money and choose a 5 star ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Hotel and you’ll be safe there , is not an safe place for any kind of travel reasons. The all bad things that you never think about it, it may be happening to you if you choose to stay in AtabayHotel 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻 Think twice before you decide to stay in here.

Pros: Decent Breakfast options, helpful staffs although they did not speak much English. Nice location to take a walk around.
Cons: room was too hot and tiny small even for 1 person. there was wall air condition unit but was not functional, asked receptionist about it and was told since there is centralized ac, they cannot adjust room temperature. I had to open window all 3 nights I stayed here to get some cool air.

Only 1 staff member worth mentioning, the rest could barely be described as competent. Only 1 positive thing i can say about the rooms were daily fresh towels. A pipe began to leak during our stay leaving several puddles that were left untouched and the room smelling damp and a mushroom growing out of the wall.
