Azzap Hotel Galata

Very clean and maintained rooms, staff is helpful and very friendly they all speak English making things a lot easier.
Perfect location walking distance from Galata Tower, Istikalal street, Sishane Metro station, Bus stations, 3 mins walking to a local supermarket (migros). I will definitely get back there whenever in Istanbul. The only downside is the unstable internet connection, however they tried to fix it once we complained and they were very responsive.

Super friendly and helpful staff - they were very kind and flexible when our flight in to Turkey was cancelled, very clean and good sized rooms, great location, comfortable bed. Would definitely recommend

✅I’d like to thank the receptionists/staff for making the process of check-in/bookings/changes very smooth. They were always very helpful, professional and offered quick assistance. Also Burcu from the terrace is a treat, always so cheerful. Aside from that the rooms were really clean and well maintained and the amenities were good + the location was great so we didn’t have to climb up a lot it was just by the main street.

❎Downside: single room was too small and had no window (which is mentioned). Twin superior also barely had space to move within the room and a desk with no place to put the chair if you need to work. The window has good noise isolation but the walls are paper thin so you can hear everything in the floor and other rooms.

Honestly, I am so happy with this hotel and evertything about it is 10 stars!

1. Location is perfect - where ever we were, we were able to come back to hotel to change chlothes any time during the day or just to relax a bit.
There is metro and tramway station right next to it!

2. Rooms are very nice and clean, new furniture, everything smell very nice! New towels every day.
Breakfast is PERFECT! Every morning they change it a bit and the restaurant is on rooftop with great view of Aya Sophia and Eminonu. The nice lady named BURCU greets you every morning with smile on her face and make you feel like at home with her gentle approach.

3. Hotel has whatsapp number so anytime you need something you can just text them!

4. You can get sim card and GB for internet on reception, also they offer ride to and from airport.

5. Staff is good with english, which make communication a lot easier!

The list goest on and on! We are truly happy with our stay and I would recomend this hotel 100%!!

This hotel is very well located, just near Galata Tower. The staff is great, the breakfast is also great, the value I got for the price I paid is really good. The room I got (single) was just a bit too small. I would still come back and take a bigger room.

Great hotel! Great location, but also tucked away down a narrow street, so it's quiet. Rooms are small, but very nice and clean. Staff is friendly and helpful. The breakfast on the rooftop was delicious, and the host Bucha made sure everything was perfect! I would definitely stay here again!

Stayed here for 3 nights. Very friendly staff, clean rooms, great location, everything is walkable from here. The breakfast buffet is an amazing way to sample all Turkish dishes with a great view. Special shout out for Burcu who we met everyday at breakfast. She is very passionate about her job and no matter how jet lagged and sleepy you are, she will make you smile everyday :)

Amazing little hotel in the Galata area. A stones throw from the Galata Bridge which takes you to the old town.

Lovely staff, clean environments with decent sized rooms. Fresh and varied breakfast with menu options too.

My girlfriend and I had a great and very comfortable stay. The rooms are well equipped, modern and clean. The staff is open-minded, friendly and could always help us with problems (thanks to musta). The breakfast is also recommendable. With a great view, there is a varied buffet that leaves nothing to be desired.

Came to Istanbul for a vacation, Azzap hotel is a perfect choice for my trip. The atmosphere is beyond expectations, very classy and elegant. You feel very welcomed and the service is very personalized and customer oriented.

The hotel is quite small so you don’t get the feeling that it is busy and crowded. Very nice and calm.

The front desk staff is very friendly and helpful to me and all of the guests. Very interactive with everyone, make you feel very special.

The hotel has a very nice rooftop restaurant with Bosporus panoramic view. I believe it’s one of the best views you can get in Istanbul.

The buffet selection is very good and high quality. The restaurant staff is very professional, attentive, paying attention to the details and creating very welcoming atmosphere. I would like to mention Burcu, who works in the restaurant at the breakfast, she is very professional and passionate about everything she does. The way she treats all the guests deserves to be recognized. Makes the stay in the hotel very memorable!

The rooms‘ interior is very classy and high end. The bed is big and very comfortable. I have a Nespresso coffee machine and a mini bar which is very convenient for me. There is an another coffee machine downstairs in the lobby, so you can get coffee at any time.

Location is perfect for those who would like to explore the city. All the main attractions are walking distance.

I would definitely recommend this hotel and would love to come back!
