Excellent location, nice and kind staff, budget-friendly, hotel needs a good repair though.

I really like this place the staff is so friendly and amazing, the location is good next to the Tram station, easy access to Galat tower and Istiklal streets, and the price was suitable as well. I would definitely recommend it to anyone. :)

Spacious room with TV (one news channel in English). Close to lots of nice restaurants and cafes, as well as hundreds of friendly stray cats. Not super clean, but not bad. Had a microwave but no plates or bowls. Could get cold in the evenings, no heater - winter months this will be more relevant.. friendly staff and easy to find.

Spacious rooms. Breakfast buffet included. Attached to a mall that was convenient for children. Offered food, shopping and for me the best was a food market.

The venue's name accurately reflects its high standards. Service is exceptional, and the staff consistently demonstrates friendliness and attentiveness. This extends to the concierge service as well.

The rooms were massive and I really felt like royalty being there. We had a buffet breakfast and even though there weren’t much people I was surprised at how many different foods they offered. I stayed here with the Turkish airlines stopover program and I had a wonderful stay. It is great that there in a food court above the hotel and also a shopping mall. I felt very safe in my stay here as a solo female traveller! A bit far from the city but the hotel was great with amazing views.

The hotel service is good n convenient to get groceries n food , but im staying in the 1st room ground floor near lobby and always got people smoking in the common area and can hear people talking at night at the smoking area beside ,

The reception was very welcoming and fast. Happy that I was upgraded to a suite. My request for a jug kettle and supply of tea and coffee was entertained. My room was spacious, facing the street, the bed comfortable and the shower was new with good hot and cold water pressure. The breakfast spread was good to start the day with the lady and her daughter in attendance to your needs.

The location is great. World heritage sites are within walking distance. Trams and subways are also nearby. Convenience store is also nearby. However, tall people should avoid living in the attic. I hit my head.

The hotel is very nice, the location is excellent and from our room we had views of the Hagia Sophia mosque :)

A delightful experience from beginning to end—from the friendly staff to the comfy room to the tasty breakfast buffet. Quite reasonably priced, too, considering it’s in the heart of the tourist district. Iskender was very helpful and attentive and went out of his way to make me feel at home. I ended up staying much longer than I had planned. Would definitely revisit!

The hotel is in a great location and not bad in itself. Unfortunately it is very old. Nothing has been done for a long time and the new hotel owner is now slowly trying to catch up. Breakfast was ok, but nothing special. + the location - very old and extremely loud. You really hear everything. Every step and every gait. Oropax are definitely necessary. - Cleanliness leaves something to be desired...

Great staff Service & smiles I have experienced in Turkey. Breakfast is very nice, so is Ms. Melek. Very kind & polite. HOWEVER We were there 2 rooms for a week, but could only give my room 2 hrs extra for check-out. Else I had to pay. UNEXPECTED DISAPPOINTMENT. Started thinking that those smiles were just for ratings.

My stay at Titanic Port Bakirkoy was for just 2 days. I chose this hotel because of its convenient location, close to the concert venue. Check-in took a little longer than expected due to a system issue, and we couldn’t pay for our stay immediately. Highly recommend this guesthouse. The covered rooftop terrace where breakfast is served has an amazing view of the sea and the Asian side. Their breakfast is an excellent Turkish breakfast. My wife and I stayed here for 10 days at the end of June, beginning of July 2025. It is a lovely hotel. The rooms are comfortable and cosy. The staff are so very friendly, helpful and charming. Awesome staff. Very clean rooms. 5minutes to hagia sophia and blue Mosque. Stunning breakfast and view. No elevator, so not recommendable for people with disabilities.

If your budget is not so high this is an amazing choice . Good location 4 minutes away from two tram stations. Good free breakfast in a small cozy size breakfast room. Decent size clean rooms a bit old. Heating is 24 in winter theres AC in rooms. Only one shampoo/shower jell in bathroom, no bathtub of courae.

Found this lovely little guest house by chance,owner was so helpful. Perfect location just around corner from Blue mosque, shops , restaurants etc, perfect stay. Room was ideal, gad everything beeded, full size fridge, kettle, comfy bed etc. Great find.

The Naz Wooden Inn was fully booked, apparently and they put me up at their sister hotel - Denize Houses and the location is amazing, room is clean and area is safe. Would recommend to fellowsolo female travellers.. Max about 11 mins walk from Hotel to Hagia Sophia area.

The location is good! It is very close to the blue mosque and Hagia Sophia. But unfortunately, the service is not good. We arrived in the morning but there was no staff opening the door for us. We called and it took around 15 mins for us to wait outside of the door. We realized that the staff may not be around the reception 24/7, which is not helpful especially you are the first time in Istanbul and...

The room is small, but clean and tidy. It is not far from the Blue Mosque. The price/performance ratio is not high.

Friendly man on the desk, close to the bus station and metro plus nice that is relatively close to main sights in Istanbul. Close to convenience stores. Had a fridge and tv plus kitchen type setup upstairs. We stayed in the basement room which was comfortable enough. 18€ per night was pretty good value.

Nice place and great deal for the price. Close to the Subway station, staff is welcoming and the place is clean. Don't expect presidential lux, since the price is very cheap :) Nice to stay for a night or two.

I have just been in Istanbul with my friends. In this city, we've chosen to stay in Sultan Mansion and we're proud of our decision at the end. This is bacause this hotel is one of the best ones I've ever stayed. It's so comfortable and has an amazing terrace. The main part is that which has balconies which can help to see the sea. Thanks to that, we've all enjoyed the astonishing view of nature.

A good place, in the center of old stambul

It’s a lovely location with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. The room was super spacious with a large tv and king size bed. We had a very comfortable and quiet stay.

It is a central accommodation in the heart of Pendik, where you can reach anywhere very quickly. They are really understanding, kind and helpful. Despite the site-related problems in my reservation, they placed me in my room without victimizing me. The establishment, rooms, linens etc. were very clean. One of the best places to stay for me!

The room is not the one star, it’s like null star with minus. It looks like it’ve never been cleaned. Mold, ruin and dirt. But the people on a reception are kind. That’s only one plus.

The staff are very friendly, the rooms are very clean, the location is great, 15 minutes walking distance to Fenerbahçe Şükrü Saracoğlu Stadium, and the breakfast is good. I recommend it to everyone.

Hidden gem of Istanbul. Managed by Fenerbahce sports club. You may have breakfast with Fenerbahce celebrities next table or use the same corridor. Peaceful and silent place of the major city.

I attended a wedding organization. They were extremely professional, everything was very beautiful visually, the service personnel kept their smiles on their faces despite the crowd, they were extremely polite. I think they deserve 5 stars
