I have been a customer of this hotel for many years, I have not had any problems, everything is very nice and comfortable, I feel like at home. It is a very nice hotel, its location is easy and you can reach everywhere.
Very friendly staff, excellent service. I would especially like to thank Ms. NURIA and Mr. OĞUZ, I don't know exactly the other staff, but I would like to thank them too, they are all friendly and helpful. Turkish breakfast in the morning is very delicious, hot breads and bagels, various cheeses of Turkey are very delicious. The rooms are clean and spacious. We plan to come as a group with my friends from abroad as soon as possible because this place is very beautiful and comfortable. Thank you so much 🙏🏻I recommend it to you too.👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

I would like to thank all the employees of the Bakırköy Taşhan Business & Airport Hotel for their wonderful service and excellent attitude. I've chosen the hotel based on price/quality ratio and did not expect much for inexpensive accommodation. I stayed back in April 2022, but didn’t find time to leave a review for a long time. I want to emphasize once again that any service is, first of all, people, and you have wonderful people working for you. They always greet you with a smile, where possible, they will accommodate you halfway, they are very friendly. Almost 2 years have passed, and I remember this time with gratitude. Thank you very much!

The hotel is nice and the food is nice also but please tell your house keeping to minimize their noise in cleaning the next room I can't rest well because the person who is cleaning the rooms makes too much noise.

Don’t even think of staying there. Not even worth a 1$
Lobby smelled so bad, like a wet old carpet. When we arrived late last night, the man at the front desk tells us that they cancelled our reservation and “informed” priceline.com which was never the case. Why do you open your reservation system if you don’t have rooms?
He didn’t even apologize or try to assist us to book another hotel. With our luggage we walked to the hotel right next door and the gentleman was extremely helpful in assisting us to get a hotel nearby and a taxi! Spend your money elsewhere! Trust me
