Stayed here recovering from surgery, room was plenty big enough for 2 however the heating did not work despite reporting to receptions on umpteen occasions and even my surgical coordinator getting involved nothing was done. I had to ask for an extra duvet and even that didn’t make a difference. I had 3 duvets on my bed plus a fleece blanket but still had to sleep fully dressed. You could see our breath it was that cold! And I’m from Scotland…I know cold. The spa my partner used and would not recommend unless you wanted a big smile. She also did not have change promised she would leave with reception but was never seen again!!

It's a nice hotel but the walls are very thin. I could hear two middle aged women talking pretty much all night. Room service took over one hour because I only ordered a small amount, however I appreciated the service regardless. The bed was comfy, the location was nice also, very central area. The staff were polite, attentive and helpful especially with assisting with my luggage

Regrettably, I found this hotel to be at best a three-star establishment. The staff's attentiveness during breakfast was lacking, and overall management could use improvement. The breakfast experience was disappointing; I encountered unappetizing food and drinks, and items were not replenished after they ran out. The fruit served was not fresh, and the quality of the bread was subpar.
While the hotel advertises a Turkish bath, guests are charged an additional £60 to use it. Moreover, there are extra fees for fresh eggs or omelettes during breakfast. The rooms are quite ordinary, and the hotel is a 15-minute walk from the nearest Metro station. Staff members also have limited English proficiency.
Overall, I cannot recommend this hotel, as the service falls significantly short of what one would expect from a four-star rating.

Breakfast have very limited options, is a nice hotel overall, but the location is not very close to tourist attractions. But uber is cheap for Europeans , so I guess is ok.

I have never come across such a low cost-effective hotel. It is the same price as Ibis in the same area, but the room is too small, facing the road, the soundproofing is very poor, and the network speed is very slow.

We have been here for 2 days now the hotel is in an ideal location!
It's probably a 5 minute walk from here to what can only be described as a town centre.
The staff are fantastic however the language barrier is clear and apparent however.....
The staff are still incredibly helpful and attentive! The only reason for 4 stars on service I because of the language barrier not so much during the day but at night.
Rooms are huge like an apartment! It's like staying in a hotel with your own little flat perfect!
My wife had surgery so hasn't been out much but it's been nice as ive visited local shops restraunts and cafes!
10 outa 10 for location no trouble and a pleasant stay!
We will be back next time we stay in Istanbul!

I arrived about 2000hrs in a taxi traveling along some very dark back streets, to be met with several police cars there lights flashing, not at the hotel but opposite. I guess you can imagine this put me on the backfooot. I checked in shown to my very large room, clean and pleasant enough. Thought I'd go for a beer, asked at reception as to where to go and there was a language barrier, after some gestering started my treck after 5 minuets found no beer. So a kebab and back to my room. Some TV and sleep. Nice big bed and a good night's sleep had so now time to move on. However, for the price, it was ideal

I went to Isntabul for business and personal reasons. When I arrived I was greeted very kindly by all the staff. During my stay the staff was always very helpful. I met a nice gentleman named Mevlut and a very classy woman named Rania. They were so very helpful during my stay and I truly appreciated all their help. I would recommend this place as well I would book again myself.

Good property, location is decent and with the current construction in the area. Makes it a little noisier than preferred, but staff is absolutely amazing.
