Great Hotel with an outstanding attention from all the personel.
Rooms are small, but have everything necessary to stay calm and rest. Showered have immediate hot water and never had a problem.
But also the food, is very good and keep a traditional menu.

The location is very practical as you can easily move to different places.

Have stayed at Büyük Keban hotel in august this year 2023. Good quality hotel with an amazing breakfast.
The hotel reception staff were very helpful especially Mr Murat whom I want to thank again for his help, his care and his dediction.
The location is excellent near to everything, the room on 2nd floor facing the main street was quiet with a small balcony and clean with a comfortable bed.

Very clean hotel, rooms are always clean but they are small but that didn't bother me since I was out all day.

Good location, only 5 minutes away from metro station or tram station.

We spent 10 days in this hotel, it is very well located and matches the descriptions. But this is not what makes this hotel so special, what makes it special is the quality of service especially MR HAKAN, whom I want to thank again for his help, his care and his dedication! I had a problem with my car that was taken to the pound and MR HAKAN took care of everything, what professionalism! The maid on the 3rd floor is also at the TOP like the rest of the staff.

This hotel is nice , prices is good but don't take rooms beside streets . Its noisy little bit but the location is good and very near from most of important places in Istanbul .

Just returned from Istanbul. Stayed at this hotel. The experience exceeded all expectations, as I was going to stay in a three star hotel. The fact that, in this hotel service system, culture and professionalism of the staff was pleasantly surprised by the fact that all the services match not a three star, but at least a four-star hotel. Bedding, towel were changed every day, were also conducted daily maid service. A great variety and abundance, we offer a range of dishes for Breakfast. Fruits, vegetables (cabbage, carrots, greens, olives, tomatoes, cucumbers, etc.), five types of cheeses, two kinds of butter,fries, hot dogs, sausages, boiled eggs and scrambled eggs,mushrooms, pickled peppers, hash Browns, several types of jams, corn flakes, raisins, milk, coffee,tea, juices, etc.
I would also like to thank the hotel staff for the warm welcome and the attitude Sevim, Izzet and unfortunately I do not remember the name of the workers of the hotel who was responsible for the correspondence and booking.
