I arrived for a New Year's Eve trip. I booked a single room which was clean, comfortable and simple according to 3 stars. The bed linen and towels were spotlessly clean and my room cleaned every day. The staff were kind, attentive and helpful. Breakfast was fantastic and plentiful. I had a really good time, I will be back here. Thank you.

I would like to thank all the hotel staff, especially Murat and Seyhns, for their assistance. The rooms were very nice, clean, and well-presented, and the breakfast was abundant. I highly recommend this hotel.

They close for us all the details about visiting a lot of Instabul Places and Attractions.
You have to visit even the massage and hamam area.
Don't forget it.

We stayed at this hotel for 3 nights during our trip to Istanbul. The room was clean and comfortable, there was a big closed which was useful to store out coats. The bathroom however was extremely small, we couldn’t open the door to get out without getting in the shower. Also the floor didn’t have a drain so all the water dripping from the shower glass door was on the floor until the housekeeping came to clean up the next day. We had an issue with the hair dryer which was resolved promptly by the staff. The breakfast was also ok, had various options.

Great Hotel with an outstanding attention from all the personel.
Rooms are small, but have everything necessary to stay calm and rest. Showered have immediate hot water and never had a problem.
But also the food, is very good and keep a traditional menu.
The location is very practical as you can easily move to different places.

Have stayed at Büyük Keban hotel in august this year 2023. Good quality hotel with an amazing breakfast.
The hotel reception staff were very helpful especially Mr Murat whom I want to thank again for his help, his care and his dediction.
The location is excellent near to everything, the room on 2nd floor facing the main street was quiet with a small balcony and clean with a comfortable bed.
