My family were very pleased with he hotel cleanness and the service they provided. The location was amazing with tram and metro you can get anywhere you wanna go. My morning hotel manager is superb he even will write me down the routes I need to take. Easy to follow. Our rooms were more than enough for 2 kids and 5 adults. Breakfast is decent and was opened from 8 to 10:30 I will definitely recommend this hotel

This hotel was very decent but I fail to see how this is a 4-star hotel. What attracted me to this hotel were the pictures on google and booking.com but the room in person looked very downgraded to what you see advertised. My partner and I had the double room and although we did not experience the noise from clubs nearby, the room had very dim lighting, corners of the bed sheets ripped and itchy to sleep on. We were only provided with a rough throw to sleep on and when asked for an actual duvet this was brought without a duvet cover. The room itself was a good size with plenty of space but you definitely trade off with other aspects. The shower was quite weak and the breakfast terrible with barely any variety and cold as if it had been cooked the previous day. I think in terms of location and a short stay it is convenient but otherwise I would opt for something more comfortable and of high quality.

The hotel was nice and close to the metro station, I didn’t like the breakfast variety so much but this is just my opinion.
I liked the fact that it was very clean and the room was big enough for three ( me, my wife and my kid, 9 years old )
I would recommend this hotel to anyone interested in visiting Istanbul.

Overall, it was a nice hotel for the price. We were a family of 6 with 4 adults and 2 kids. We had booked the King Suite with 2 bedrooms, 2 toilets, and a living /kitchen area. Very tastefully made classy interiors of hotel. The manger on duty was soft-spoken.
Other than the club opp this hotel evrything else is perfect.
Walking distance from Train station, lot of food joints and local shops nearby.
Brekafast was standard, nothing great but serves the purpose.
The noise at night might be an issue. Our suite was -1 level on the backside of the hotel, so there was not much noise at night. 4 stars just due to the nightclub and overall crowd outside the hotel.

I spent 3 nights in there and I liked their level of cleanness and tidiness as any other 5 stars hotel. Breakfast had everything you might desire to have for breakfast and the variety were good. Our room was clean and we enjoyed our stay in it. Location was perfect in between Metro-buss and Metro stations with lots of shops within a walking distance. I appreciate the management and personnel efforts in this hotel.

We had a great experience and wonderful time in this amazingly clean and new hotel. From staff friendliness to excellent breakfast and room cleanliness with a superb location -a walking distance from Metro station which can take you almost everywhere in Istanbul , It deserves this 5* ratings.

The hotel is a new one in an excellent location. Close to the metro ahich can take you nearly everywhere.
The staff are very polite and friendly and helpful.
The hotel is very clean.
Very good breakfast.
We got the king suite which is an apartment in the lower level .
It is an excellent and beyond comfortable space with kitchen with all appliances ( except washing machine)and two bathrooms and two bedrooms.
A/C, dining room , living room with huge tv screen and small tv screen in each room.
It is an excellent place to stay in and we will definitely choose it again if we visit ISTANBUL again.
It is managed by the owner who is very professional and follows up promptly each complaint.
mattress is so comfortable too and everyday the apartment was cleaned and towels toiletries were changed.
Very satisfied with this stay of 7 days.
It felt like home.

I stayed at The Charm Hotel, Old City for 3 nights and was happy with the service that was provided for me. It would be excellent if more water was provided in the room 👍☺️ The reception was very helpful for me, they allowed me to check in late since I had a night bus to catch and helped to to get a taxi on the main street which they did not have to do 🙂 The only thing is that there is a nightclub, however I was still very happy with the service here and it was nearby the main road with shops and restaurants. Thank you so much for an amazing stay and I will recommend this hotel 😁
