I stayed with my family and booked three double rooms for a week. The rooms and bathroom are a decent size considering the hotel is in a central location. The reception staff were all very helpful and welcoming. They provided lots of advice and tips throughout our stay from getting to places and staying safe. The hotel towels are changed daily and provide a decent breakfast. The hotel is very close to all the main attractions as everything is less than 10 minutes walk. There is a tram station directly in front of the hotel which is an advantage when returning from a long day of exploring. The hotel is close to the main shopping area. Great place for a city break.

Our stay at The Constantine Hotel was truly fantastic! 🌟 The receptionist, Eren, and the rest of the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. 😊 Eren patiently assisted us with all our questions and made our stay even more enjoyable. They truly lived up to their excellent reputation! 👏

As a traveler from Europe, I can assure you that this hotel is excellent! The rooms were very clean, while the staff also made sure to refresh it daily (!) New towels every day, and new bed sheets every other day. The staff is very very friendly and eager to help you with your needs. I am so happy to choose this hotel due to its favorable location, price, service and cleanliness.

Convenient location right beside tramway and beautiful Gülhane Park.
The reception staff Ziad and Murad were always friendly and helpful.
The breakfast room sadly is downstairs with no windows, but breakfasts were tasty and plentiful.
Our double room was very small but perfectly adequate, clean and functional.
We enjoyed our stay and would recommend this hotel for budget conscious travellers.

Splendid and helpful staff. Loved the rooms. The bathrooms can be made a bit better, but other than that, there are zero complaints on my behalf. A huge shout out to the reception staff(all of them)for being so friendly and guiding us through the new city with their suggestions, the housekeeping, and the chef. Definitely recommend going here if you want to be near all the main tourist attractions in Old Istanbul.

A phenomenal, central little hotel with owners who truly go the extra mile! Situated very conveniently right next to a tram stop (the windows really block out the noise). The three bed bedrooms are spacious and the bathroom have ample space.

It was a nightmare staying at this hotel
The staff was rude the cleaning ladies were disrespectful , overall staying at this hotel ruined my trip , please don't stay here !

The staff was amazing and friendly. Eventhoug there where some initial disagreements and misunderstanding the person in charge gave us a discount and found a solution for us. He also gave free breakfast to some of our relatives who also stayed at the hotel. Everyone at the hotel where nice and helpful. We had a good connection to them. The location is really good. If you like a buzzy atmosphere and a lots of people then it's perfect. If not then i would recommend another place.

The hotel "hardware" is out of date and the inventory needs a seroius upgrade. The rooms are small and it's very noisy outside. The breakfast has most things you need but it's mediocre. It's not worth the price if you ask me. DO NOT BELIEVE THE PICTURES. One of the worst hotel experiences i have had.

Unfortunately bad experience ever , I traveled to Istanbul more times and what we experienced in this hotel was the worst experience ever.
