Very cool hotel, the breakfast is perfect, there is a big variety of warm and cold foods as well as drinks and coffee.
The staff and the receptionists are super kind and helpful! We used the special offer with the transfer to the Bosphorus and that was also very cool deal from the hotel!
Basically we were very satisfied and reccommend this to anyone!

Spacious room with all the facilities and amenities. Good customer service. They brought in drinking water in the morning. Pleasant and helpful front office staff.

This stay was for one night as my bag was lost on arrival at IST airport. I picked out this hotel before leaving the airport, and I think the hotel and their staff deserve their flowers. They are so kind and warm upon arrival and do whatever they can to accommodate you to have an enjoyable stay. They even comped my breakfast the following morning before I checked out. The room was clean, the bed comfortable, and the neighborhood was essentially quiet after 10 pm. I recommend this hotel if you need a trusted hotel name in quality for what it should be - A place of rest.

The location is perfect, around 10minutes walk from Kaghitane metro station (it’s not too hilly location). If you flying to istanbul, train from airport costs around 20 TRY (if you don’t have travel card you can buy it for around 70TRY).
The staff were amazing. Very friendly, patient and helpful.
The room was spacious and very clean. Bed and pillows were very comfortable. Wi-fi was good. Kettle and coffee machine were available in my room. If you decide to use kettle I would suggest to rinse it few times prior to use. It will make your tea/coffee taste better. There are spa and fitness facilities open till 10pm. I only used the swimming pool and jacuzzi. Water was warm and not too cold. Unfortunately I came after 9pm, therefore I didn’t have enough time to try other spa amenities/services/treatments.
Breakfast was good, the freshness of vegetables and herbs surprised me. Dill and parsley/corriander tasted like it was just picked from garden. Amazing if you are into herbs 😀. Unfortunately, I was not able to try means in the evening. Kitchen closes at 10:30pm. By the time I reached restaurant it was almost closing time and there were no customers dining. Overall, I enjoyed my 2 day stay.
Just a thought, I wish there was a button in hotels to ask housekeeping just to replenish the stock (like water, tea, sugar etc.) and not to do the cleaning. It would save so much time.

The location and view is not great for tourist, the view is so bad, all around there’s building site, parking lot and a garbage and recycling center. Right through the night there’s trucks squeaking and men shouting from the site.
It took me 2 trips to reception and 4 phone calls to get 2 bottles of water 6 hours later.
The breakfast has limited choices and the lady that makes the omelette is always looking grumpy which is a massive turn off.
Dinner.. on the Tuesday I ordered steak rare and it was delicious and perfect . Thursday I came down early for dinner and ordered the prawn and a salad, the salad turned up over half an hour without the prawn, I was told it will come in 35 mins. I questioned why and was told that’s how long it takes. I said ok can I have the buffet instead and was told it’s 740 I went to get buffet but there was only meatballs and salad. Then I was told it’s not for me but for the basketball team. I left and went for a walk. Came back and ordered from my room and the prawn was ready in 10 minutes. Fact is the basketball team was their priority.
Friday night I ordered rare steak no rice with extra vegetables, I was told I can’t get extra veg, meal turned up with steak well done, I told the waitress that’s not what I ordered and that I need rare, she left then return with another well done steak. I sent it back, the chef and the waitress came out very cross with me saying that’s how he cooks it and I’m been difficult , he took the plate of food and I wasn’t allowed to eat. A staff who witnessed this offered to get me food from somewhere but I said I’d rather not eat or stay in this building, I got a taxi and went to another hotel where I ate and stayed the night.
I chose this hotel because the last one I was at I couldn’t eat as I felt like I was in a medical unit with all the plasters and bloody bandages.
-I think that the hotel should declare that they’ve got a contract with a hair transplant clinic because from the moment you enter the hotel you see men with bloody and bandaged heads. I can’t eat looking at them.
The spa, massage and Hamam bath was super amazing. I highly recommend this. The knots have disappeared from my back and shoulder.
Housekeeping is also good.
Receptionists are fab and helpful.

Frequently staying here for business. Unfortunately incompetent front desk staff located me (a non-smoking person) in a smoke-free room on a smoke-free floor. The bed, curtains, sheets stink! A/C stinks. When I complained, guest relations offered to switch me to another room however I had to leave for business and they said they can’t change the room after 2pm. I have been staying in Marriott Hotels in 7 different countries and this was the worst experience so far.

Very clean hotel with beautiful rooms. The staff is extremely friendly and is happy to help with everything.
The rooms were clean and the amenities provided by the hotel are really good.
It is a bit further from the city center but a taxi drive there is less than 10€ and a bus arrives there every 5 minutes.
A small mall, supermarket and Starbucks are close.

Me and my husband came to Istanbul taken Vacation saty in Marriott Hotel, Hotel service man's name Yusuf very friendly to us and English very good help us, when we back here still choice this Hotel and see Yusuf again

It was really great to stay in Delta Marriot, the hospitality was really good. From the manager to the room boy everyone was so friendly. I recommend everyone this hotel. Really a great experience and you Delta Marriot for the warm hospitality.
