Rude people specially the lady at the breakfast food not goog at all
Room heater controlled by the hotel owner. Can't low or high or turn off..unpleasant outdoor no elevetor very old. I don't recommend to anyone.

The hotel has an excellent location and you are a step away from all major attractions in Istanbul. This is unfortunately the only positive thing about this hotel. Here is a short summary of our bad and unpleasant experience with this hotel. We booked in advance for 6 nights, when we arrived on the day of our check-in at the hotel, we were told that the room they reserved for us was not free at that moment and that we would get an "upgraded" reservation for the first 3 nights. There was already a doubt, but we gave them a chance and all the money in advance before we even saw any of the rooms. The gentleman at the reception, I'm not sure but I think he's also the owner, very nicely presented us with the room where we'll be staying for three nights, smart tw, wifi, ac, etc., and let's just say that that part was quite ok. After four nights, not three as we were originally told, in the morning after breakfast the lady who cleans the rooms told us to pack our things because we will be moved to the room that was initially reserved for us. When we asked several times to show us the room and that we would transfer our things, the lady, successfully overcoming the language barrier, said that she would finish it. During the same day, we stopped by the hotel to leave some things, and asked for the room to show us where we are now, the gentleman from the reception just pointed us to the same room with his hand, without a pompous presentation. We didn't pay attention at that moment and immediately left the room after leaving our things. The same night when we returned to the room, we actually saw what was waiting for us. The room does not have the minimum conditions for a normal stay, from humidity, mites, bad smell, holes in the walls, to insects everywhere. Otherwise, the room is at zero level and the window, which is taped and cannot be opened, looks like through a hole into the other wall without any daylight. I went to the reception where there was an elderly man who immediately called the owner. We talked on the phone and then he told me for the first time that it was that room and that they have other rooms but they are more expensive. It is strange to have free rooms in the requested period and they were not offered to us when we sent the reservation request. I asked him to give us another room, but he told me that they didn't have free room at thah moment and that he would solve our problem tomorrow morning. However, tomorrow morning, the gentleman comes offended because for God's sake I told him that he was not being honest, even more so I think that he had no intention of asking us what our problems were. After a short discussion at the reception, we leave the hotel a one day early, with a refund of one night's stay. In general, I cannot recommend this hotel to anyone, and as part of the experience, I am posting a few pictures that can help others when choosing accommodation.
