I had the pleasure of staying at Fama Karaköy hotel in mid September this year, and I can confidently say it was one of the best hotel experiences I've had.

I went with my mom, it was no vehicles street but no worries we only had to walk few steps in a straight easy way after the driver dropped us.

The most amazing thing for me about the hotel was the location, it is just perfect! close to the sea and transportation, exchange office right on the main street, fish sandwiches, borek, Midyeci and other amazing famous local food restaurants are just few steps away! And close to the old city too.

Every staff member I met was friendly, attentive, and willing to assist with any request! The man who was responsible for making the breakfast (unfortunately I can't remember his name 🥺) during our stay was amazing, super nice and welcoming. All of them were loving and friendly people.

Room was a bit small that was the only thing that bothered me, but it was very clean and tidy. They cleaned it up every day. AC and Wi-Fi were excellent.

I will definitely repeat it if I get the chance to go back to Istanbul again.

Amazing staff in the hotel that makes completely different the experience , incredible hospitality and warm reception. I will be back because the feeling is you are at home. WHAT A GORGEOUS LITTLE PLACE! I absolutley love staying here. The rooms are very clean and comfortable, with everything you need from iron, to safety box, to TV, and hairdryer and amenities. Really wonderful. But what makes this hotel special? The staff! How hospitable!!! Free coffee and cake and always helpful - everyone working here are absolute diamonds. Thank you for making my stay in Istanbul so comfortable - I cannot recommend you enough 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻

Great hotel at a great location. I was drenched by the rain when I first checked in but Alex and Hatice helped me arranged for a very early check-in as well as cakes and a hot cup of chai while waiting for the room. Throughout my stay, every staff member has been extremely hospitable and welcoming, even offering some light snacks to start my days. I would definitely recommend this hotel to everyone.

I stayed here for two nights, and I 100% recommend FAMA. As a solo traveler, this was the best hotel I had when I stayed in Istanbul. Good location (very quiet and near to old town), good food (Turkish breakfast so good), nice and warm staffs (They care about you!), affordable price.

Every staff members was exceptional friendly, happy, helpful, inviting and went beyond their duty to assist us.
They were able to upgrade my mum and I’s our room as the initial one was a little light to 2 adults.
Tea, coffee and daily traditional Turkish sweets were available at the front desk made by the amazing Khadija 🤩
Highly recommend and a big THANK YOU to everyone!

We had an absolutely wonderful experience at this hotel! The guys at the reception, as well as the housekeeping lady were especially friendly, polite and very supportive. The rooms were indeed small, but super clean, with brand-new facilities and large windows. The location is simply brilliant! Thank you, we're definitely going to visit you again.

We enjoyed our stay here, Ozgum and all the staff were amazing. The hotel is quite new with lovely rooms and very close to the tram station, shops etc . We would definitely stay here again and would recommend to anyone visiting istanbul.

FAMA boutique is the best hotel to stay in. It is located in an ideal spot. Istiklal street is very very near. It has 4 floors . We stayed on 1st floor 2 rooms. One room was with a king bed and the other had a twin. TVs had YouTube and Netflix . The beds were super clean. The room was so modern and clean. Restroom were ideal. Room size was ideal. Breakfast was super tasty. Staff was so helpful and clean. The whole lobby was super clean and modern . Must visit this hotel. 100/100.
