Fer Hotel

The staff specifically the gentlemen at front desk were very helpful and kind. I was pleased with the location, very safe and quiet area and is perfectly right next to the Grand bazaar and many other tourist spots. Transportation was arranged easily by staff. the rooms were modern and clean. improvements can be made on lack of extra towels and toiletries. Hair dryer was a bit old didn't work so well. Other than that, I would highly recommend Fer and stay here again

To start off, this is not a paid/sponsored review. We stayed at FER hotel for five nights. The hotel is conveniently located near all of the major tourist attractions. There’s plenty of restaurants nearby and everything is within walking distance. The few times we ventured out of the area, we used the tram line, which is very easy to use. The hotel is within walking distance of three tram stops. Coming to the hotel itself, the rooms are as advertised and match the photos online. We went for an executive room for slightly more square footage; there was enough room to accommodate two large suitcases and two carry-on suitcases. Our shower door got stuck on the first day, but the hotel staff promptly fixed it. The AC works well and the room cools down quickly. The water pressure is strong. The water temperature can vary sometimes, but it was not an issue for us. The best part about this hotel is the friendliness of the staff. Every staff member is extremely attentive to the needs of the guests. They went above and beyond to make sure we had a pleasant stay. They helped us identify trusted vendors and booked us a quality Bosphorous cruise experience. We want to especially think Fati and Ibrahim for their attentiveness and kindness. It is easy for first-time travelers to Istanbul to get scammed/fall prey to tourist traps. But we felt like we could trust the hotel staff to guide us in the right direction. Overall, we highly recommend this hotel! Do not worry, you’ll be in good hands!

With the exception of the fact that you can still hear through the windows, everything was impeccable. Attentive, kind and helpful staff. Impeccable cleanliness. We were happy that we had the parking included. Although we didn't have breakfast included, on the last day, being Sunday, the people at the reception included a breakfast on the house, keeping in mind that most of the places were closed, without us asking for it on purpose.

To start off I would definitely recommend this hotel if you are looking for an accommodation that covers all your needs entirely. Not only are the services (special mention to one of the staff members Ibrahim who had helped us a lot) phenomenal but the location of the hotel itself is pretty convenient too as we never had to take a taxi since many public transports, as well as the touristic attractions, were of short walking distance. Overall I would say that Fer hotel has completely surpassed my expectations, making my experience here at Istanbul memorable.

Perfect hotel in the center of Istanbul. The staff is super friendly and helpful. We felt welcomed from the first second we entered the hotel. The rooms are modern and clean, and we did not miss anything. Breakfast was excellent! Both local and international treats are available, and everything is freshly cooked. They even offer an omelet service with ingredients of your choice! We definitely recommend this venue and will check in again once we're back in the city!

The Fer Hotel was very nice. We had a lovely two night stay here. The room and hotel was very clean and comfortable. The shower was a bit aggressive in water pressure but we'd rather have that than no pressure so it's okay. We had a fun view of the little internal water pool/atrium. Everything we wanted to see was either in walking distance or easily accessible via transportation so I'd say it is perfectly located. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I would say the only downside for us was we paid a LOT of money for only a few laundry items to be cleaned as it was the 7th day of our trip and we dropped it off at 9am and we didn't get it back until after 10pm when we were already in bed and waiting to finish packing to leave the next day, so that was a bit frustrating. Otherwise all the of the amenities were nice.
I would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Istanbul in the future though.

Incredibly located in the heart of the old city. The hotel’s staff are there to cater to your every need at all hours. Comfortable size rooms and an amazing roof top breakfast area. Would definitely recommend the Fer Hotel in Istanbul.

We stayed at Fer Hotel from 17th to 21st February 2024 and really enjoyed our experience. The staff was extremely welcoming and went out of their way to accommodate our needs. The premises were clean and well-maintained. I particularly appreciated the small gym located in the basement. The central area with the water fountain added a unique ambiance that enhanced our stay. Highly recommended.
