We stayed in Florina hotel during the first week of November and our stay was excellent. The rooms were very well kept and service was also good. Everyone on the desk were very friendly and they guided us very well regarding our commute back to the airport especially when we felt taxi drivers were trying to scam us. Their breakfast buffet can use a little bit of improvement in terms of a bigger setup and more food items especially suitable for tourists. The location is perfect as well very near to a lot of famous spot like Hagia Sophia, blue mosque, basilica cistern. Highly recommend it.

I have to say it is a great place! It has all kinds of restaurants around, easy to transport everywhere, clean, rooms are big enough, shower is so amazing, buffet is very delicious. Service is great, highly recommended, honestly. Cleaning staff every day :) I had activities to do, so I could not stay the whole day, but I received what I paid!

Location is perfect - 8min walk to Hagia Sophia, 5min to tram station, 10min to train station.
Rooms are small (looks bigger on photos). We have reservation for 4 person. There were 2 rooms (1x double bed, 2x singel bed) and 2 bathrooms. But only 1 small wardrobe. Recommended room in higher floor (4th). We have 2nd floor with window to the street and hotel neon light shine to our room all the night...
Also street is quite noisy, but you can use A/C.
Staff at reception was helpfull (we got map with basic instruction where to go) and english speaking.
Breakfast was disappointement. One small room in undergroud for all the hotel. So it should happend, that you must wait for free table. Food was still almost the same, poor quality. Paper cups for juice, no sausages, every day meshed eggs.
Price was quite ok (for this lovation).

The staff were wonderful and helpful. The location was great - within walking distance to Sultan Ahmet. However, the rooms are extremely small and old. The AC in the bathroom makes so much noise. The walls and floors are dented. Definitely not what is advertised. Read the reviews and take it seriously before booking.

I had an amazing stay at Florina! The location is perfect—close to everything you could need, making it super convenient for exploring the area. Special thanks to Hassan, Ramdan, and Saygot from the housekeeping team—they went above and beyond to ensure our room was spotless and comfortable every day. The kitchen staff was equally impressive; the food was delicious, and their friendly service made every meal enjoyable.
While everything was fantastic, the only area that could use some improvement is the air conditioning, which could definitely use an upgrade. Despite this minor issue, my overall experience was outstanding, and I highly recommend Florina to anyone looking for a great place to stay!

Good hotel with good services provided for us , i have few comments:
1- The rooms size in general are smaller than the photos, don’t rely on photos
2- There is no isolation system in the room, my room was located near to loopy and i can heard all the discussions that going in the desk. , even i can heard my neighbor beside us , its recommended to book upstairs to be away from noisy sources.
3-The staff in general are not smiling, solid motion faces , especially for restaurant staff during breakfast, they need to change their attitude during breakfast as they were staring at guests during having their meals and during filling the plates

Had a great stay @ Florina hotel , Istanbul .
The location was the best part , 5 mins and you can reach all attractions by walking .
The breakfast was great . Small but enough to cater to all , they had mix of Turkish and Continental options which was a plus .
Rooms and the service from all staff was on point . No fuss no extra claims .
Small but cozy rooms .
Had requested for sandwich as we had early morning flight , which was fullfiled by them . Through professional !!
The location was the best part , 5 mins and you can reach all attractions by walking .

We was in the Hotel 10 days. Everything was absolutely perfect, without any issues. Hasan from the Reception is very nice and kind guy. When we asked him forsomething, he helped us anytime. Absolutely professional and nice attitude from him. It's was absolutely pleasure for us to be there. Thank you very much Hasan my friend for everything!

Very nice and cosy place to stay in the heart of ancient city of Istanbul. Friendly and supportive staff. Complimentary breakfast available. Plenty of shops and restaurants on walking distance from the hotel.

ATTENTION: ROOMS ARE NOT LIKE IT IS PRESENTED IN THE PHOTO. They are literally lying. That is why it is cheaper than other hotels even though the location is good.
