Galata Palace Hotel

First and foremost the staff are rude and racist... Secondly, I stayed there for 5 days and the airconditioner was not working and everyday they said they will change room and technician is comming,neither happened. Lastly the room does not really have a bed, its just two mattress on top of each other and the decor was broken.

The worst experience ever. I and my wife wanted to stay in the hotel for a weekend. We have chosen the hotel because of the central location. But we could stand only 1 night. Our stay in the hotel was really terrible. The room was dirty and untidy. Towels were terrible, torn and dirty. I would never ever advice the hotel. We could not sleep well. Also the staff was amateur und unfriendly.

If there is a possibility of rating this hotel less than 1 star, blindly id choose that. Rooms are completely dirty, bad smell, Ac doesnt work, the public bathrooms are much more cleaner than the one in the hotel. All the wall sockets are removed from the wall, drawers are broken, bed sheets are not clean as if someone used it before us, we booked 3 rooms and checked another 3 rooms thought it would be cleaner but the more it gets worst. Couldnt stay there more than 2 hours, although the reservation agent was the only thing i would give 3 star but the hotel its a complete mess, i dont recommend it at all. This hotel is exactly the type of a place to hit and run. BE CAREFULL THE HOTEL DOESNT EVEN COME CLOSE TO WHATS IN THE PICTURES POSTED BY THE HOTEL

This is without a doubt the worst hotel ive ever seen and the dirtiest as well. It should be demolished immediately. They have never done any maintenance. Mold infested bathrooms, everything is broken in the room, no complementary coffee or water in the rooms.
We took 3 rooms, each one was worse than the other.
Ive stayed in hostels and 1 stars hotels before and they were so nice and neat comparing to this jail cell of a hotel.

My advice is to stay away from this so called hotel.

From the shape of the hotel's exterior attracts you. But the means inside the hotel a "disaster" applies to it as "the righteousness of God God is joy God knows".

I found that the problem of the ingredients mentioned in the booking site two weeks ago. That means he didn't fix the problem he pretends it is from the same day. And he will be working with a technician to fix it.

Disaster hotel i have ever experienced. Reception and manager dont know english and any foreign languages. theres no management in hotel. its also like dormitory. Tasks are unknown. everybody try to complicated different type. for ex. receptionist try to wash dishes clean toilet. manager swear and smoke in lobby.
