Worst experience of my life.
There is a night club next to the hotel (noise till 5 a.m) we couldn’t sleep.
Room is cold ( no heat ) only an air conditioner that doesn’t work.
The boss (Issa) is a terribal person and very impolite. We asked to change the room and solve the issue but he didn’t respond, he only kept laughing.
Please don’t go to this hotel and don’t be influenced by people as all the customers I saw in the hotel are unhappy.

Good location with a nice terrace accessible at all times. However, the budget room we got had significant mold and bugs. The room was questionably cleaned before our arrival and clearly not cleaned during our 4-night stay. The towels were not changed. The AC is very noisy and full of dirt. The breakfast doesn’t offer much. The sound insulation is quite poor, so you can hear both the next door’s conversation and the music from the downstairs club.
Note that the hotel doesn’t have parking (it’s mentioned on Booking, but it’s somewhat misleading). They ask you to park 3-4 blocks down the street. The charge is between 10 and 20 euros depending on unclear circumstances. The people at the parking site don’t speak English at all.

The hotel is difficult to find for taxi drivers and even pedestrians so it could be better labelled.
The location is in a perfect place though for night life lovers.
The breakfast could have more options especially for kids.
The bedroom was a decent size but the mattresses need replacing as they are quite worn out.
The hotel does need upgrading.
The toilets are quite run down and things are broken and not fixed.
The shower was missing a door and the shower itself wouldn't work from the handle.
The sink was quite rusty and worn due to water spillage I assume.

A fantastic stay thanks to the incredibly friendly staff and the perfect location.
The receptionists were amazing from start to finish, always with a smile, extremely helpful, and attentive.
The housekeeping was impeccable, upon request. The rooms are very well soundproofed. And the breakfast was everything you could ask for, served on a magnificent rooftop.

The hotel was a little tricky to find since the name is only on the door. I really enjoyed our room. We found the beds very comfortable. We appreciated having a refrigerator. The view of Istiklal street was amazing. The street is very busy at night and the hotel is located next to a nightclub. We are not light sleepers so the noise did not bother us. The sounds of the ac unit were enough to cover it but earplugs may help light sleepers too. Breakfast was on the balcony.

We expect a family room suite (we saw photos at booking of a big room) and they told us that the suite are two separate rooms, one room was small dark no window and we find a cockroach, although after two days they change the small room with a big one. Also the place of the hotel was at the center but very noisy we couldn't sleep well at night. The breakfast was indifferent. The service of the reception was very good

The only reason I would give the hotel a one star is because of the location,but the rest is bad, the rooms were not cleaned probably and a lot of stains and dirty places in the room, a lot of insects were there, the breakfast was very small and not that good, don’t recommend it to anyone to be honest.

Stopped in this hotel 3 months ago, and really wanted to leave review in Booking, but unfortunately they didn't let me, but I really want to write my review.
The location is great, right in the center, just as I wanted. Rooms are new and feels really nice to be there, just wish had a little better isolation, but anyway it feels nice. Most importantly the staff is extra friendly and helpful, one of the guys (I'm sorry I forgot the name), but he did everything to make me comfortable, helped to find taxi, and even helped to get my things around. They have a nice balcony up and in the evening was very interesting to watch the Main Street from there. Anyway, I wish to the owners and workers all the best, and thank you for helping me during my stay.
